Thanks for sharing video of one of the most beautiful parks in PA. My son and I did the falls trail back in mid May after a period of rain. To say the falls were rocking is an understatement. Planning to visit again in the fall. At just shy of 75 it doesn't go as easily as when I was 25. But as an avid walker who is 82 told me, you gotta keep moving because that guy behind you is the undertaker.
Your best video of Pennsylvania ever. Thanks so much for taking those of us that can no longer hike as we could in our earlier years. Awesome therapy. Love Pennsylvania.
That was beautiful, Cliff. The place reminds me of Watkins Glen, but far more intimate and peaceful. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely a must see if I’m ever in Scranton. 👍🏻
I hiked this trail in 1971 and if my memory serves my there were 26 waterfalls on the trail loop. We also hiked the Loyalsock trail that year. The next year Hurricane Agnes drastically changed the loyalsock trail.
Amazing Cliff. Absolutely stunning. I must plan to do this hike myself. Have to see it in person. So many in one location. Thank you for sharing this location/hike. I would be there for hours. Hearing water is so relaxing. Great place to go if you have to make a big/serious decision. The peace of mind would be incredible.
Well after watching until the end I think this one I will only get to see through the eyes of videographers like you. I could never do all those steps, especially with no hand rails. It is gorgeous though and I thank you for bringing me along.
Ganoga falls was nice, but I liked the very first one better. I think it was more impressive. And I liked the fallen tree in front of the falls. It made it look more natural. That trail was something else. Held my breath a couple times. Wonder how they look now with this heatwave going on Stay safe as always.❤❤❤❤❤
I have written to the Pennsylvania Trails Advisory Committee with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Environmental Resources asking them to explore developing a day or 2 of guided ATV riding through one of their parks showcasing the waterfalls. There are so many Pennsylvanians who through age have lost the ability to walk to these sites. We would like a ranger to lead these excursions on select days in a year. Pennsylvania has just extended the trail to the west rim of the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon for ATVs and is developing a parking lot at one of the overlooks. Thanks to requests from responsible ATV riders asking for access to these inaccessible areas. ATV riding is on the increase, and Pennsylvania is responding with additional programs to benefit all Pennsylvanians.
Each year usually during the winter the local fire dept has to come out and rescue some fools who did no nuthin and were ill prepared. Not really recommended for the casual hiker.
The first time I went to Ricketts Glen, I didn't know you had to be out of the trail before dark. The ranger came down in an ATV and picked me up as I was walking out and gave me a fine.
Nice video. I would love to see this place in the winter.
Pennsylvania is a beautiful state and collectively, we Americans have an amazing country! Thanks for showcasing more of nature’s wonders.

Rickets Glen is a beautiful area. Lots of rescues and recovery on those trails every year though.
Loverly seeing all the waterfalls.

Glad to see the whole trail is open again. Part of it was closed last year due to a rock collapse.

With the hot weather you're getting in PA now, this looks like a nice cool spot to be in. 👍
Ricketts Glen is on my bucket list.
30:23. A walk in the park that isn't a walk in the park. Sounds like fun.
Beautiful waterfall thanks for sharing Cliff watch out for Bigfoot

Was there on the 8th!
We used to go there every mother's day. Probably been 20 times
Great vid. Thanks. I live about an hour away. Been several times but not enough. The tall trail to the west can be dangerous. Wear good footwear.
My grand daughter got engaged just a few weeks ago at one of the waterfalls at Ricket's Glen
You must have given your mother gray hairs going so close to the edge of those falls! Be careful out there. Thanks for the video.

Dont go chasing waterfalls......on second thought.....chase away !
It IS beautiful but I was scared to death!!!!😮😮
Imladris....❤
Chips are so domesticated there 😂
Easton pa. Restore lock and lock tenders house

Could you drink the water from the falls if needed...
You normally park at the Evergreen lot, which lot was this? I like this way better
Lake Rose lot
How long is that trail?
Used to love hiking those trails, but MS had robbed that ability. Thank you for faking me back.
Therapeutic. I wonder if there were ever mountain lions there......
NOOOOO keep your stupid ATVs away. They destroy trails and destroy the natural ambiance. Go somewhere else for gods sake.
