Rhya's skill page is atrocious even for him. Licht's skill page is universally good though. A lot of people misunderstand the purpose of Rhya's dupe passive. They are irremovable separate buffs that apply even if a buff gets removed from him, so basically ensures he gets his extra buff procs on his S1 and ult (though if you have Licht you'll be combined attacking with Rhya anyway so just the S1 matters, but still) after buffing him once. You can get fake outs if he doesn't open his eye.
got them both + their skill pages in 50 pulls ....now my green team is mimosa, licht ryah fuegoleon... We freaking got the same SSR except rades. .....LOL
Actually u will need rhya more in later content, licht will only be good on pvp but will be power creep soon by summer noelle, considering rhya still on the top picks for green attacker pve, i think u should go for him too.

Apparently data mines happened already and it'll be this month, most likely the Christmas banner. But not everything is certain, id say its 70/30 on whether he comes this month

As a FTP myself I decided to do what you did (save 200, spend the rest). Threw 100 on the banner and got 1 Rhya at the end with like 80 greens on the way, mostly skills.
