Tbh, it'd be cool to improve the pity system, but then again that depends on how valuable a 3 star is, if dupes are valuable, etc. Low rates will always be low rates no matter how much you curse them across all gacha games, but regardless it'd be nice to have a better pity system in the future. Guarantees are always going to be better than slightly higher rates after all.

bruh Iori is great. 3 for her ulti, she shots 3 strong bullets at 3 different enemies and the bullet penetrates in a v shape behind so if someone is close they get hit by it too.

The gacha rates are so weird in this game, i got 3x 3* in the first pull of a reroll, then the next 4-5 pulls gave me 0 3*. Thought I was hot shit for getting 3 and I checked the discord, dude posted 4x 3* in one pull. I think it's also the kinda brutal pity system of 30 10 pulls to get 1, not sure if that carries over to the next banner, though. Maybe the "upside" is that you don't need dupes like in other games, just the purple crystal things.
Unfortunate that you got shafted for 9 multis straight, but the 3 star you summoned is REALLY good in arena. Even though she's yellow, i see her deleting red squishies like Aru and Shirako. Plus she fucks up Hoshino.
