Cool car, surf chassis isn't something you see every day Might want to chuck a turbo blanket on that rear housing to avoid melting the reservoir, gets really hot there. Also you can run the cooler piping through the front of the rad support with some light cutting and the right size core. Now a random question, does it have the genuine cup holders in the slot above the A/C controls? If not I have one new in the packet that I could send to you guys Keen to see the build!

hey boys let me tell you a story. been riding dirt bikes and camping out bush for years, but over the last couple years i’ve been getting into 4x4 with the boys. my old man bought an N80 as a daily, we’ve been building it up and using it on the tracks for the last couple years. last month, I bought my first 4x4, a GU ute. Picked it up from QLD and drove back to Sydney sight unseen, and had it out on the tracks the very next weekend. Since then it’s been at my best mate’s place for the last 3 weeks and he’s been helping me out BIG TIME throwing the mods on it in his shed. He’s a deadset legend, has done so much work on the ute and has never asked a thing in return. I reckon he deserves that mint Kincrome kit for sure, it would be a killer gift for a really deserving bloke. Love the vids, cheers legends 🤙🏼

What would I have to have fabbed up for the brake booster to sit in the bay? Would brake lines have to be re routed a different way? Can you recommend anyone in SE qld to install the 80 series brake booster and master cylinder in the n70???
What a fantastic nugget of a 4x4. I bought my first Hilux in 1982 brand new. Wish I still had it. With a 2.5 turbo it should be a brilliant machine. Freshen the paint, Recaro or Scheel seats or just some seats from an 86'. New shocks or paint the old ones at least. Some Satnav/infotainment. New "good looking" bullbar and rear bar (keeping the weight down of course.) Led lights everywhere. DONE. Oh, and there's more but where do you stop ?
Bought my first #Kinchrome socket set at an Ag show in 1999 as a teenager. Has wrenched on imports, 4x4s, endless motorbikes and is still going strong. Only lost 2 sockets, a 10mm that I left on the KTM fork lower and went bouncing into the bush haha great to see you guys partnering up with another quality brand.
You guys are killing it. Making some of the best 4WD content on youtube right now. Good mix between goofin, fixing stuff and doing seriously good wheeling. You're basically doing what we all do on boys trips, but get to do it every day and make hectic videos of it!

TJ is gonna have a great time learning to drive again as this is a totally different beast to the Nav. I remember watching my Dad's mates driving their old twin locked 4runners all over the place when GQs and 80s were still on sale at dealers and nobody had cash to mod them.
You guys are absolute legends. I know first hand how good the battery jumpers are after having a flat battery up Cape York last year and an off duty fireman helped us out with one.

Just bought my first 4x4 (96 jeep XJ) , Slowly getting it set up to wheel. I was told if im gonna own a jeep im gonna need a tool kit at some stage lol.chuck me in the running lads 🤙
To see just a bunch of solid blokes ticking away in a shed, makes it a lot less intimidating to tackle working on the car alot easier 👌. Loving the channel insane stuff. PS don't forget to check the fences.
