Worth pointing out Trappy that we get less time as a community playing with unduped versions of champs because awakening 6 stars has been very easy for a long time, this 7 star rollout is giving us a chance to test a lot of champs in a different light
Anyone still remember the first time this guy got buffed he became an absolute god until the playerbase started bbitching about how he transformed into something so different and is no longer a utility champ and what&hit and then kabam decided that he needed a nerf and nerfed him almost immediately after his buff?? The result of which is the current hood btw. Back then I was stuck trying to get cavalier and somehow managed to get a 6 star hero crystal in which I opened the hood. I was literally dancing because I pretty much thought my days as a hard stuck mcoc player are over all thanks to my first ever 6 star champ, the hood and little did I know he already got nerfed by then and surprisingly it was thanks to the playerbase. Ofcourse I continued to suffer in that act. And now I'm paragon and I've put that all behind me I guess. Still tho, hood is an amazing champ. Literally destroys anyone who activates too many buffs or nodes that activate too many buffs. So easy, no even a scratch on the hood.
@@deathstar602 I'd love to explain but I don't do that type of stuff very well. Just search up "huge utility nerf - hood buff full breakdown - marvel contest of champions" by seatin man of legends. I believe he explained everything in detail and probably showed dissatisfaction. In that video's comments (which are 3 years old) you'll also see players who are tremendously dissatisfied and those snakes that backup kabam's decision. Talking all smart and stuff. Apparently hood is a "utility" Champion and if he is to suddenly become an offensive burst character they couldn't take it or whatever.

Yea he's no defender. You can absolutely destroy champs like venom, odin, gorr (super cheese + no health lost), etc.. Anybody who activates too many buffs. You can also use him for champs who don't activate any buffs and effectively kill them, but your bullets (persistent charges) become 0 and you can't do big damage anymore in the quest. However, using him again against champs who activate too many buffs almost instantly recharge his bullets (persistent charges).
Challenge Rating affects the following stats: Armor, Armor Penetration, Critical Hit Rating, Critical Damage Rating, Critical Resistance, Block Proficiency, Block Penetration Kabam talked more in depth about it in a forum post called "Challenger Rating Explained"
i dupped sunspot, knull, and pull Gorr 7 star i dont know if anyone from them deserve rank 3, becouse i have alredy Vox rank 2 dupped, i dont know about knull he is,alredy sign 60 what you will say about that guys ?
This isn’t true lol. He’s not meh he’s really good for bgs. However you are right his persistent mechanic can be weird for other content unless there are buffs in play
@@waynewayne8419 hood is decent at the very least I don’t go to him as my go to Mystic but I have been underrating him coz I believe he deals with buffs extraordinarily the only thing I hate is his loop he gets less and less bullets as I quest( I don’t really care for BG’s ) I play them for fun I hate how they’ve changed the game but can’t ignore them.

Please correct me if I'm misunderstanding, Hood at low sig 20 seems to have poor power control..? it seems like he's only good when he has high sig??
At sig 20 he has around 30% and at sig 200 he has 45%. His sig doenst scale that well. Its around 2% per 20 sigs
