Do not order after I opted for the executive choice many times I told them no socks no belts no shoes and still they would send them to me why do I need 40$ socks? And 120$ belts the executive is supposed to come with dress shirts but they kept sending T-shirts had to go return them 3 times the 4th one was the last strike they do not read your profile and takes ages to arrive. NOT WORTH IT your better off going to Bloomingdale’s outlet or JCPenney
I got my first box and someone else's box. I ordered the luxe plan, they had the regal so I was able to compare my first go around. Needless to say I upgraded immediately. I'm glad you made this video because I really didn't know the brands and just trusted the prices.
You’re welcome! I was new to a lot of the first box brands as well. After looking around I’d say it’s a lot like Nordstrom Rack and Dillards surplus. Which doesn’t make it bad at all. I just don’t think they are that detail oriented though. Box 2 came with duplicates and things I requested not to receive.
@@PierrePacini nothing in my first box seem to go together. It doesn't seem like Stately is holding true to "personal stylist" that they claim you'll receive. However I did love the quality so I'll give it few more boxes before I decide to unsubscribe.
This "company" is trash... PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. If you were to purchase a subscription there is NO way you can review the clothing before they pick it for you. If you get items you don't like tough s*** because you own it now. Best I can do is a different size. No refunds...ever. The clothes are not first-rate from companies you have never heard of and expect 3 sizes too small. When I complained about the inability to return the clothes to the rep in the chat, they sent me a copy of the return policy. A good example of their great customer service. Your company is different than every other online clothing company I've worked with and you DO NOT let it be known upfront. Burying it in the legalese is dishonest at best.
I found that the value of the clothes that came from Stately was on par with the kind of items you fish out of a bin in a bargain basement store. Nothing like what they show in their social media ads or ship to influencers. Stay away. See also Stitch Fix. I think they buy truckloads of unsold items from retailers and pass it on as “upscale selected just for you” through crafted marketing photos. Nothing I ever received was anything remotely close to what they show in their social media posts or what I had selected in my profile (or the extended profile you can add photos to). Someone may be the type that really can’t pick clothing; in that case this service may somehow help but for your money it would be better for you to actually ask for advice in a clothing store.
That’s a great question that I can ask and get back to you. From what I see it would still be same brands, but you’ll be able to get shoes and possibly a jacket/coat/blazer in every box compared to just sometimes.
WORST WORST WORST - Be advised NO REFUNDS, NO Previews before they ship, very frustrating to deal with regarding exchanges. ALL steps are a waste of time just to receive ALL WRONG Sizes in the first box. I would recommend avoiding them and using any other subscription service.
If you’re talking about the blue jeans I changed into to show a new outfit they are Zara RN 77302. I doubt they make this pair anymore, but they were definitely my go to!
Thanks for the question! You don’t get money off the box, you just receive a different item. You can be more specific in what you would like to see and they’ll replace it for that if it’s an item you didn’t like. If it was just not the right size they replace it.

I agree. It’s essentially an easier way to get clothes your size than go shop for sales at Nordstrom Rack and Dillards.
