Dr. Nowlan is awesome. He is my doctor now thanks to Dr. Tom O'Conner having him on previous videos. Dr. Nowlan went over all of my history and made some great changes in my treatment. I am 64 years old, I competed in the Mr. USA in 1978 . I wish I had this level of medical care back then

That isn't true. You learn just as much, if not more, during residency and fellowship than you do during medical school.
Great podcast Doc! To my understanding the medical community in the sixties to eighties based their research on single anabolic compounds administered at recommend doses. What made Arnold "blow-up" were the synergies between multiple compounds administered at supraphysiological doses

lol good one. But no this is just what it looks like to be extremely passionate and dedicated to a highly respected profession. Sure a little eccentric, but many will never know the feeling of being truly fulfilled in life like this.

Help! I was in a horrible motorcycle accident. How do I get my red blood cells in check without giving blood. I’ve heard you talk about iron and I have that too. I don’t abuse trt I just use it to live normal and it’s wrecking my health
Thank you for pointing out what I believe is the biggest cause of the steroid crisis we see today among kids - people lying about their doses. We see all this nonsense about how Arnold says he only took 1 dbol pill a week, and Stan efferding just takes 150mg of test. Here’s the problem - you’re sending the message to these kids that insane physiques like that can be achieved with what amounts to a medically therapeutic dose. They’re more likely to start using steroids in the first place because now they think they can achieve their dream physique using low and safe doses. But they quickly learn this isn’t true, thus beginning a lifetime of addiction and dependence. Whereas, if more people like the anabolic doc existed who would tell these kids that chasing these insane big, hard, grainy physiques isn’t healthy, period, and requires abusive doses of drugs, you’d have far fewer people starting gear if they knew the truth.

is it slow or fast twitch muscle growth ......... is it that the number of muscle cells increases or size of muscle cells increases ...... over 55 year 60 years is it that fast twitch muscle cells die off atrophy fastest .. number of muscle cells or size of muscle cells? what is best for over 60 yrs old to fight off muscle loss w aging ... just testosterone and 5 mg anavar per day or ... can u be on testosterone and 5 mg anavar per day from 60 years old to 80years?
Top subject..also medical tehnican and use somethimes sustanone 250mg..im 36 years old and have problems now with low results of total testosterone..i have to see whats happens with endocronologist, what will he tell..i thing that my natural testosteron shutt down..🙄

Somebody with more knowledge please help me… im new to this .just order some test and primo from a guy online i guess they caught that package because thats substance its ilegal and i just receive a letter in mail .. dont know whats next😬 does this ever happen to anyone? It was my second cicle🤦🏻♂️
Unfortunately sometimes these things happen. You can reach out to your source ask them if they resend package if it's been confiscated. Some sources will reship 1 time if your package gets intercepted.
If they don't or won't reship. Let the package go do not call the number or answer that package cause it most likely could be trying to set you up to arrest.
Take the loss and get another source. It happened to me once.

Ever been to a lecture before? It’s fucking rude to interrupt, questions are fine when appropriate but it’s pretty ignorant to be upset because the person attending the lecture isn’t talking as much as the one giving it.
