Go for it! I love using my journal to track personal growth and progress and general self care. It definitely helps me plan specific things, but daily planning for my personal life wasn't working for me. Girrrrl! Sleep is definitely one of my go-tos as well lol thanks so much for watching my videos! 😊

I used to be really big into playing Animal Crossing for self-care, but then I got obsessed and wouldn't do anything else but play that lol soooo I haven't played in awhile, but I'm definitely trying to get back into using gaming as a form of self-care! ☺️
