    I think Kitty was right. You come across more as a content creator who likes poker than a poker player who likes to make content. To me, you look more excited at the situations in the game that create the drama and interest for the storyline as opposed to actually playing the hands more expertly. This is not an insult, I hope you don't think it is. You are a brilliant creator and storyteller, genuinely talented. Just an observation you never asked for from a person you've never met lol. Good luck, I'm definitely following along !

      He needs to learn a lot more from Kitty. Kitty can joke around the Table but when it gets down to Business and playing to Win, she is way more serious than Frankie. Her look, concentration and confidence in the Her cards really shows when She's Game On. Frankie just seems too relaxed and laid back.

I think you really get into the competitive aspect of poker, though. Obviously we only see the hands / outcomes you show us, but the trend that I *feel* like I see are situations where you're like "I had this marginal hand, but I went for it, even though I knew I shouldn't" I think if you could...not necessarily fill but maybe patch that hole a bit, you'll find even more crushing success. Idk man, I'm just a dude in the comments section lol. Hoping for the absolute best for you and your family though dude. THe Daniel game gonna be so much fun!

    • @animaroku
      @animaroku 5 місяців тому

      @@scotland369The penalty is usually between 20bb to 100bb - so when being in a 1v1 situation, you will have a big incentive to win it. Lets say you are 100bb deep, with a mediocre holding at the co - like k8o. BB is the player that you are fighting for the nit, which is 50bb penalty. Would you not open? If he raise you would fold? It is a math question - if you have 50BB extra to win (actually more - because you receive a fraction of the penalty) you need to play wider and need to be more aggressive - just like with the 72 game. I understand your point - which is ppl tend to suicide with this types of holdings, when in nit game, but mathematically, you are inclined to play much less nitty when facing the nit game because of the dead money

      That is what I’m trying to spin up to 100k before the 100 days. Everything I play with is my money and then I sell action for the tournaments with a few of my friends who want a piece.

Especially in big bets, like when someone makes a big bet you seem to start calculating ranges/looking at your/their chips. However, I notice in pros they will spend most of the time getting tells in their opponents by staring them down/asking rhetorical questions/etc to then put them on a more accurate range if not just rat out a bluff completely.
    I could be wrong though I think once you can master that you would be a formidable opponent and feel more comfortable playing winning hands.

    I am sure mr x played wild, bluffed a lot etc. Looked like was re-raising all preflop bets. That last 99 hand he just smooth called pre. He probably remembered your earlier trap and put you on a strong hand. Not sure there is a need to call 2k bet in pot with only 200 invested holding mid pair. Only beat a bluff and could still get sucked out on if he bluffing. But only saw a few hands he played. If he is shoving every time with anything then makes sense to call. Players like that either have to make a hand and give them rope or commit pre when got a premium.

    Mister X reminds me of years ago playing in the Norwegian masters of Poker and this Swedish guy couldn't get a seat in the high limit Omaha or no limit tables he sat down with 15K in an 1/2 no limit game and would just put whole table all if he had anything remotely playable. It was absolute carnage an English pro was losing his mind he couldn't get there against this guy. I quadrupled up to a little over 2k and a Danish pro bought out my seat for another €200 on the way back from the bathroom as everyone went on a waitlist to switch to our table 🤣🤣
