The dialogue between Dante and Urizen/Vergil during the many boss fights is so good, it made me fight so much harder cause it was character development and game play at the same time. Damn they knocked it out of the park for DMC 5.

Just for speedruning. But id recommend it for Mission 18, V familiars are a pain in the ass to S rank. So doing a no hit is your best bet

150k red orbs. You also need to find the gaps in the boss to do a fully charged red hot night. And if you're the kind of player that buys red orbs, you are probably not good enough to discover that.

no if timed correctly you can effectively super armor thru a select few attacks, there was a video showcasing dr faust downing virgil in 18 or so seconds and u can see this happen there as well

d1v1nel2ight If you’re on console you can farm mission 13 with Faust level 4. You can make enough orbs for a fully charged red hot night in less than 5 minutes. If on pc just use cheat engine.

Red Hot Night is the only way in the way in DMC5 to do that much damage, and you sacrifice 150,000 red orbs to use it once, it's not a problem since you can farm orbs so easily, but still.
The point of the move is to demolish, but you can very easily not use it, hell, I never used it once and I beat DMD.
