Just a thought, Hal knew tsm is leaving apex. So Hal signs with Red Bull gaming, who becomes a new org for apex. You have a team of Hal, Timmy and mystery big name third.
i find it strange how quick teams are to make player changes rather then in game controllables first and exploring maybe its just rotations, like changing POI's, maybe stepping outside meta slightly to fit the players on the roster .... instead of just trying to make it work or fit
could possibly have something to do with the legend meta right now. Bang/Caustic is realy taking the AA advantage away in close up fights, Also having a tripple MnK team win the split probably opened alot of eyes for team that MnK is still quite usefull for orgs
It has more to do with money. These orgs don’t pay the majority of these players very much. And when they underperform, they’re kind of left scrambling. It’s more of a panicked reaction and I agree I wish more teams would work i on fixing what went wrong. But I just don’t think the time is always there to do that. I’m sure the inner dynamics of how these teams operate are more complicated than they appear on the surface.

i get what ppl are saying but just seems like at times they never explore all options with current roster, and the ones that have coaches definitely dont explore it enough, change POI's means different gun fights on rotations different approaches to circles, potentially forcing teams to land elsewhere or on rotations if you don't have priority to zone you might run across weaker teams and pick up KP and limiting the 0 point games
Hal has actually stated before he doesn't mind fragging if he trusts his igl. Now whether he can switch to that role without trying to igl all the time is another question.
Theres very few IGLs he trusts though, hes said sweet numerous times, but I'm not sure if he trusts anyone else, likely zero, but I've never heard it

I don’t think any other esport has as many team changes as apex. Players don’t get first and think that means they gotta leave or make a change.
Every esports games has this many team changes. It’s a common thing apex isn’t special in that regards. I’ve watched so much gears esports and after every LAN roster mania is a big thing.
I mean rosters in other games r also bigger. Changing 1 person on a 3 man roster is huge. Not as big of a deal on a 5-6 man roster
In call of duty teams change after every event and after champs every single team changes. I feel apex teams stick together a little bit longer

Pretty sure this has nothing to do with performance and everything to do with money. TSM not willing to spend as much money on their Apex team means the players on it might get significantly better offers.

Definitely agree with that. He can IGL because he knows the game so well but the comms aren’t his strong suit. He’s bad about assuming his teammates know what to do because it just seems so obvious to him.

I disagree hal is INSANE IGL I dont feel he would be suitable as a frager, maybe anchor would be good for him but he is best used as an IGL for a team thats for sure

Also broken moons pois seem to be detrimental to some controller legends with the recent changes. They are too open in some cases.
Hope r5reloaded will prioritize map updates for these new map changes so people can find good methods to address poi finction.

I'd find it very hard to believe TSM dropping Big E cause he performed well enough, honestly might've been better than both Hal and Reps when it came to those contests they lost and won, so if there was going to be any change in TSM I'd assume Reps getting replaced, one of the reasons is it seemed like he received more blame about contest loses from Hal and Raven, but that's just my opinion, I could be wrong

As an og TSM fan I really do think that TSM needs to switch up their roster. Look I think Hal as a frigger is what needs to happen...I feel like having to igl real holds him back from getting to really do his thing, which is why I think they had tried allowing Evan to igl in matches. Put Hal on a squad with an igl like zero or sweet and we might have the most dangerous team in the league

Based on what Hal said it’s clear that we should never let the pro players to do the balance changes. It’s not that havoc is op? But rather other guns are being nerfed way too hard. Wingman is completely fine as it was what it used to be.(like seriously wingman doesn’t need a nerf since it’s nerfed already.) instead of nerfing weapons constantly. They should buff other weapons including damage, if they keep needing damages. Then all guns are just not gonna do damage and it’s going to be the same process again.

Hal is a fantastic IGL he is INSANE in that regards but there are so many better options for Zer0 and Gen as a team mate if sikezz is really leaving.
