My dad was a taxi and bus driver in Christchurch in the 70s till he recently retired. He learnt alot of his English listening to the news in his car all day on the radio and reading the newspaper. He made the meanest chow mein lamb flappage. Mum was the fighter. Nuff said.

Lamb flaps is best for kale, sua mamoe and falai mamoe, but hate cutting the bones! We all feel your pain.
