Emily did a great thing by helping her to realize that hotel employees are outstanding and amazing folks and no one should ever be talked down like they are a child to them, everyone deserves to be treated like they have a good heart and respect.
Joan was very spoiled from the beginning because she only wanted was the penthouse suite and making the receptionist job very hard. Her father put her to work and she will need to learn how to manage a hotel. Now, she learned to never treat others unfair and always be respectful and kind .
Morals of the story: 1. Every job matters and is therefore worthy of respect. 2. You never know how hard someone's job is until you do it yourself. 3. Always be kind and humble, never rude or entitled. 4. We all make mistakes, but what matters is that we learn from them.
What's her problem? If I was desk lady, I would've said, *"I don't care if you're the Queen of England! Unless you made a reservation in advance, I can't simply give you a room."*
@@NatashaYoungqueenofnewyorkyou would’ve said, yes! But the desk lady handled it with ….. grace! She chose to be calm and explain why she couldn’t help her!
@heatherwelchert9751 I agree. All the wealth in the world shouldn't make it okay to act like the rules don't apply to you. You still have to work in order to earn the money. Even *"daddy"* had to start from scratch and work his way up. And even he's more respectful to people than she is.
THIS GIRL THINKS THAT THE WORLD OWES HER EVERYTHING!!!! PLUS, I NOTICED, THEIR VOICES AREN'T GOING WITH THE WORDS. THE WORDS ARE GOING FIRST THEN THEY MOVE THEIR LIPS.
When I leave my upscale room. I remove the sheets and pillowcases. Fold up the bedspreads. Put all the trash bags in one area. Throw away the remaining soap etc. I never want to be known as a slob like so many are.
The lesson in this reminds me of what Jesus Christ said in conclusion of the Parable of The Pharisee and the Tax Collector, “Anyone who praises themselves will be humbled. But those who humble themselves will be exalted.”
I give so much credit to anyone in Hospitality, Customer Service etc , this Country wouldn't function with out all. I've in the past had done Retail etc it's not easy.
They pretty much did a John Travolta Nicolas Cage swap here where the actress with the glasses is the good guy this time around while the younger actress playing the entitled spoiled brat is the bad guy now

She maybe the daughter of the CEO, but young Ms Joan Anderson here could use courtesy and professionalism instead of demanding. It maybe Anderson Sr's fault for pampering her growing up but he should have hindered her somewhere before adulthood struck. So now, Supermission Squad, we will need to see how her Dad will handle anything regarding the treatment of the staff and have long talk with his daughter. If anything can be salvaged, let it be. But, whether she will tongue-lashed in public and her cards cancelled, depends on how the video ends!!!
There are certain people will never learn cause of certain parents dont teach or spoiled as well. Some rich get things in a SILVER platter without repercussions. One day they will meet their maker. Great story though.
Do you know who I am Do you know how much money my father pours in this place? Me: that phrase gets so old that I’m getting old by the minute as we speak right now
you have done a couple of good vids lately but this story has been done to death. as another commentator said find new writers before you go down the pan.
Im glad her Dad showed her , gave her a new perspective
Dad thats the way to go let her learn her lesson.
The hotel clerk handled it wonderfully

I hope more stories like this can shed light on the value of every job role. 💼

She quickly redeemed herself.
If her father had put her to work and raised her to respect others in the first place, she wouldn't have acted that way in the first place.
I’m not treating her like she is beneath me. She is beneath me.
Glad that her Dad putted his spoiled little brat in her place and he should be rewarded best Dad of the year!
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is the kind of parenting that we need today!

@@georgianik Sir you don't know me. I was agreeing the desk lady. I would have clearly said the same thing.
Amazing life lesson guys, keep it up
She looks very nice in pink, especially now that her head - and nose - have come down out of the clouds
She got a taste of humility 😋
That's NOT the entry to a luxury hotel. 😅
Moral lesson learned here; curb your self-importance!

Why are there so many people walking around who don’t know who they are?!! Never start a sentence with do you know who I am? 😂
They’re not going to change rooms to actual paying customers. Because the daughter wants it.
She feels KIND OF bad ? For how she treated Emily ?! What😂
Just because your parents are rich, doesn't necessarily mean you are.

Entitled influence is the fault of the Parent's first most, enabling is never a good thing. Teaching humbleness, patience and kindness goes along way.
7:34 I thought her name was Joan
A week ? I would make her work an entire year at least

Whoever's doing the captions is not doing a good job.
I noticed that too. I feel bad for someone who is watching this with a hearing impairment.
I agree with you.
