BTW: Our Founding Fathers felt that Elected representatives souls serve their term and go home. They wanted people who live and worked among the general population (of the people, for the people, by the people) to run for office.

@@terijones2461 There are some white kids who have long hair, and it could be seen as a "cultural thing" as well...but unless they were exempted and allowed to keep their flowing locks while the black kid had to cut his hair, why is this such a big deal? I played sports in high school and briefly in college...and there were (at least back then) certain standards we had to meet to be part of the team..and that included our conduct and appearance, and it applied to EVERYONE, and more importantly..it was a choice we made to be part of that team.

Interesting that she said this started in the '70's. I think this kind of liberal think gains a foothold in our higher institutions of learning. If we want this stuff gone it needs to be removed from there as well. The decline of America started with seeds a long time ago.

Wrong. Critical theory was born at the Frankfurt school and German academia after WW1 which led to the creation of the Frankfurt school. It's focus was to study the first red scare and develop tactics from lessons learned in order to implement communism. Germany ejected them in 1933 which they fled to the USA and found a home at Columbia University. From there they continued their work and you can find published literature up to the creation of critical law theory at Harvard by many of these same people.
Critical race theory was born out of that. It is not just the realm of academia or higher education. It is in regular school books and learning materials now and its intent specifically is to institute marxist communism. If I remember correctly, it was Kimberly Crenshaw who acknowledged critical race theory was incompatible with the US constitution. This is because marxist communism is incompatible.
When black lives matter became a real organization and took millions in donations while firmenting protests and riots around the country, the leaders bragged thst they were trained marxist. They pushed crt concepts. It's not a coincidence.
They rely on people not knowing the difference between pedagogy and curriculum when they say it isn't in schools. "Look, it's not even in the curriculum!". That is because it was surreptitiously injected through pedagogy. If parents knew their children were being fed postmodern marxist ideology, the outrage would've happened much sooner.
