    did you have to define mass and moment of inertia of the components?

    Hii, can you tell me that how to calculate the net load of any mechanism which contains the springs?

    • @4kside
      @4kside  8 місяців тому +1

      Here is the theory (I do not have experiences in this, sorry)
      Calculating the net load for a mechanism in Creo containing a spring involves determining the forces acting on the mechanism and considering the force exerted by the spring. Here's a general process:
      1. **Analyze the mechanism:** Understand the geometry and kinematics of the mechanism in Creo.
      2. **Identify external loads:** Determine the external loads acting on the mechanism, such as applied forces or torques.
      3. **Consider the spring force:** Determine the force exerted by the spring based on its stiffness (spring constant) and the displacement of the mechanism from its equilibrium position.
      4. **Sum forces:** Sum up all the external loads and the force exerted by the spring to get the net load acting on the mechanism.
      5. **Check equilibrium:** Ensure that the net load calculated satisfies the equilibrium conditions for the mechanism.
      6. **Implement in Creo:** Utilize Creo's simulation or analysis tools to input the calculated loads and analyze the mechanism's behavior.
      Remember to consider factors like friction, inertia, and any constraints in the mechanism that may affect the calculation.

      @@4kside actually i am doing this in the mechanism which contains one torsion and one compression spring, but when i am calculating the net load on the rotation Axis ,its only showing the torsion spring torque

      Hi, maybe will be better to ask on PTC university web page...over here is the much more experts and maybe they can help you. I am not familiar with that as mentioned last time. Thanks for your understanding.Vladimir

    What is the difference between servo motors and force motors in creo para?

    • @4kside
      @4kside  3 роки тому +1

      The servo motor is defined by translation/rotation in degree per seconds and Force motor is defined as a force - in Newtons.
