Back in the early 60's I had one like this that was a dark brown. I wish I had the money, but more importantly, the time left to do something with this. Even with their small six cylinder engines these are really good daily drivers. I hope someone will buy this and do a complete restoration on it.
My father had a gray '50 Fleetline DeLuxe. He wanted a green one, but that's all the dealer had. Take it or leave it. If you don't want it, I'll call the next guy on my waiting list.
Yes, it is an original 216. It runs great. The 52 is Christina's car. There is a series of videos on our main channel, What The Rust, that review how we bought it, when we got it running, and the makeover of the interior and exterior. The 59 F100 is my daily driver. IT is a 4x4 conversion. Thanks for watching!
@@morewhattherust You're welcome, and thanks for the info on your YT channel. My dad's aunt bought a brand new dark green '52 Deluxe 4-door that I remember fondly as a youngster in the 1950s. Although we lived in Los Angeles, she special-ordered it from the factory in Michigan, then when built and ready to take delivery, she took a train to pick it up and drove it back to LA. She drove it for almost 40 years before she passed.
Great start to a really nice old car!
Great car to get back on the road.....its very solid...love

I hope so too. It will be going up for sale soon.

That' car is nice seems to be in really good condition that's a keeper
I'm in S.C. I'd buy the hell out of it, but I don't have any money.
NOT a rust bucket, I've seen far worse, well worth saving
That;s right.
To some, a rust bucket, but to others a car well worth saving.
Is that a 216 engine in that? Also, tell us about the '52 in your garage, and that cool '59 or '60 Ford pickup in your driveway.

How much is asking price?
Rust bucket, you would need another one to get one.😂
I guess you’re new at this and trying to move a rust bucket. That car is in not good condition.
Do you still have that Chevy?
I sold it a while back.
