this gave me the mental vision of something like
exquisite planned infiltration and several extraction options detected and more likely unknown , only for all law enforcement or local despot forces preparations to be pointless to choke those escape routes or guard the target as 90% unseen infiltration suddenly jake screams ''IT GO BOOM!'' followed by the alien going ''very well we go boom instead'' followed by the sound of a up armoured tank crashing out of a garage and just starting puke lead whiel bull rushing where the target hunkers down XD
That would make a cool film or TV series.
