So happy to see you using older stamps and inks…I have rarely gotten rid of anything since the early 2000’s! I love and still use all my SU products, whether they are current or not.
Absolutely my sentiment exactly. I have over 300+ SU stamp sets & am working my way through them all to bring you all ideas how to use them again. Thank you so much 😊
Jane, thank you so much for sharing this beautiful card with us, great idea for using the small stamps that we all have. It's so good to a demonstrator using the older inks and stamps, thank you so much. I've been buying stampin up for years and keep them all. Sadly, once they're no longer current stock, we never see them demonstrated again. It's such a shame as we still n eed talented creators like you to help us use older stock in a modern way. So many, many thanks for helping us to continue using our great stampin up stash. Regards from UK 🇬🇧
Thank you 😊 it is so encouraging to know you are enjoying seeing older retired stamps used. It is a very good sales ploy to retire almost all the stock as it means constantly have to buy, but agree demos never show old as dont make money on it. Having 300+ old stamp sets i will always use them & try & bring some fresh ideas. It is very popular as so many of us don't get rid of our stamp sets. Thank you for taking the time to comment, so appreciated 😊
Jane, thanks for your lovely reply. Understand what you say about sales ploy of constantly refreshing stock. Just a simple idea, but could demonstrators be encouraged to use older items along with the new ones. This would show the flexibility of the stamps etc making them an even better investment long term. Regards from UK 🇬🇧
Jane, absolutely beautiful. Thank you for using the older stamp sets and colors. The background you made is just right for all kinds of cards. You got me thinking of all my flower dies. I'm not a fussy cutter. Blessings, Rita.
Thank you so much 😊 I’m glad I sparked some ideas. I think all of us have far to many stamp sets we rarely use, so I’m guilty of owning 300+ SU stamp sets, so my mission is to start working my way through them all bringing you ideas x
What a beautiful card Jane, I love the colors of green that you used to create your background and then the pretty little flowers, it's just perfect. Thanks for sharing and reminding us that sometimes-fussy cutting isn't that bad. Hope you are having a lovely weekend.
Thank you so much 😊 dear friend, for always taking the time to comment. You have been a supporter of my channel for many years now & have always commented it is so appreciated x
Thank you 😊 With postage getting higher & higher it is a simple cost effective way & looks fab. So glad you enjoyed it, thank you for your comments they are truly appreciated x
Thank you 😊 I do like colouring & the pink flowers looked lovely & yet just putting a little yellow centre made it simpler for those who don't enjoy colouring x
Thank you so much 😊 splatters do divide people, I agree they can ruin a card if clean & simple is what you want to achieve or it can just tie things together. Gorgeous Grunge is one of my favourite splatter stamp sets I will never get rid of x
Thank you 😊 sorry I didn't show how to use a pair of scissors but assumed everyone knew how to fussy cut a simple flower image. It was to show creative ideas with a fussy cut image so people would try fussy cutting more. Seems to have been very popular, but if I'd included the simple scissors work the video would have been too long. Hope you enjoyed the card x
Thank you 😊 for your comment. The video was about fussy cutting & how to create a card with simple flower shapes. I think everyone knows how to use a pair of scissors so I didn't waste everyone's time, but concentrated on the card with the fussy cut image x

Great idea. I don’t get rid of my retired SU. The celery color isn’t familiar to me, maybe they will bring it back one day. 😊
Thank you so much 😊 Certain Celery was about 7 yrs old I think but a gorgeous paler green x
Thank you for the inspiration. I have that stamp set. Beautiful card.
Thank you 😊

Thank you 😊
I like the random pattern of the small stalks but I have to admit I absolutely hate splatters, I’ve seen some beautiful cards ruined by them 😆

Where is the fussy cutting help?
