The abortion argument is really kind of easy.
If a person has a kidney 'stolen' from them and that kidney is transplanted into another person ignorant of how the kidney was obtained and whose life is sustained/saved by that kidney, would any court in the world rule that the kidney be taken back and re-implanted into the unwilling donor?
