Fisichella started his Formula 1 team in 1996 with Minardi, before moving to Jordan. He has raced for Benetton, Sauber, Renault, Force India and Ferrari. Fisichella retired from F1 in 2009

I sat in his f1 car in 2005 or so. i was about 4 years old. still a highlight of mine. That car of his was still in use in that time.
Great driver bested only by world champions and hekki who had a great season in 2007
Got destroyed by Schumacher,Alonso and Raikkonen

One of the best f1 italian driver in the 00's with trulli, in 13 years of f1 he always did better than his teammate but in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2009 but only in the part on the championship with ferrari.
Yeah he was really good 1997-2004, I’d say he was passed his prime 2005 onwards (32 years old).
Not to mention carrying Benetton in 1999-2001 (Wurz, Button were nowhere).
and still i think that "renault underperform time" thing is a bit unfair. he did 4th and 5th in the cahmpionship (2005 4 points below schumacher 3rd) only underperferoming to raikkonen chumacher and alonso basically. we´ve sseen larger gaps beetwen same car drivers more than twice...good driver fisico
