Do you have other recommendations for added roads to the MABDR? Let me know in the comments! 👇 I am looking to make the Virginia sections into an adventure route loop and I can take all the advice I can get. 😁
Inspired by your ride, I took a screenshot of your map and just finished putting together a GPX to be used in June. Gonna start by Pocahontas, WV, ride down and catch the MABDR just after the iron mountain trail and ride MABDR backwards to Damascus, hit the iron mountain back to do your fully modified sections 1 and 2 and then head back to the Hatfield McCoy trails in WV to finish a 4 day ride. Thanks for the inspiration and I look forward to future videos.
Man, I just watched this. Have had a crap day honestly, and the end of your video just made me pause and think God not Google sent me this to watch. Thank you so much. I'd love to come ride with you all. I'm in Cullowhee, NC when I'm not in Florida.
Hey man! So glad the ending spoke to you. It would be great to have you join us. Or if you just want to reach out and chat, that’s cool too. Shoot me an email and I’ll give you my cell number from there.
Awesome video, thanks for sharing your unofficial MABDR route. I'll keep this in mind for my trip next fall, hopefully. :) -New Subscriber here, looking forward to your content.
Incredible videos. Is there anyway you would consider making the gpx available? I have to say, the passage at the end was what I needed to hear today, thank you.
I live in the area and everyone bypasses white top mountain. Nice gravel road to the top and only a few minutes off the original route….. just near konnarock out of Damascus
I have heard of that road, but never been. I will add it to my future considerations list. My goal is to build a route that is a loop in Virginia. That was the original intent of this video series but I realized I still had a lot more work to do before I could put a loop out there!
@@anthonywebb269 just north of Brandywine diverging from the MABDR to hit Vepco and Union Springs. I have a potential route laid out just haven't been able to hit all the roads on it! It would be a 5 day loop. If you have suggestions I'd love to hear them!
In part 4, I will do a GPX file release and a ranking of all added roads PLUS ranking of official "hard" roads. If you have a trip coming up and can't wait, shoot me an email and I can send it to you.

Great video, until the religion.. Can't you just be secure in your relationship, not mine? Me and God are like this🤞,, don't need even one extra person getting in the way.. otherwise a great video, thanks for the info, I've saved some new to me roads. Me n Jesus (my co-pilot that tells me to use the brain he gave me to plan as best you can to avoid troubles) are going to love the rides. Cheers, Kevin
Hey Kevin! sorry my scripture reading at the end upset you. I always do a study of some kind on my longer motorcycle trips and find it to be very enriching to the trip. Just as I share my road discoveries, I love to share at least a small part of my scripture discoveries as well. I actually have to hold myself back to not include more as I know the reason people watch my videos is for the motorcycling and not Jesus! Hopefully this explanation helps and I can see you in the comments of other videos!

I would be interested in a loop too! I trailer for 2.5 hours because there's no riding near me so itd be great to return to my starting place
@@iamjdag I am researching the possibility and have about 3/4 of the loop planned (though not all explored).

Dude your videos are great! This was a fun watch. Fun ride today, hope to see you again sometime.
I am learning from watching yours, maybe every video of mine doesn’t have to be crazy time-consuming editing. 😆
Let’s ride again soon!

New subscriber here. LOVED the video and the passage at the end. Looking forward to the next.
Love that sunset shot. Glad you took your mama on calmer routes.
We went on a few of these roads actually, but only the easier ones!

Hi Jeff, I replied to your email btw.

Nice ride! Are you planning on riding down this way?
@@StravaigADV ... Yes. I would like others to ride with because I have never riden any BDR's before.
