I’m waiting for an update to the infotainment system and removal of the haptic feedback buttons on the wheel. By then there may be other options available though. Also, the price before incentives is €50,000 in Malta which is rough but it is the same for the KIA Nero, Megane e Tec and Stellantis products
I do like my 1st Edition ID3 but I do think that they've played it too safe here and the likes of the Cupra Born just have more appeal so not convinced I'd get another one.
Nice job Tish. I agree regarding switch gear. We are in Canada and have a 2023 Tiguan AllSpace with the haptic switches on the dash and steering wheel. They were annoying for the first few days but now we don't even notice them. We don't get the ID.3 in Canada but I can imagine the window switches and the lack to backlighting on the infotainment switches would be painful.
What makes this NOT a family car is that the bigger battery version has only four seats and the car is not able to tow anything. It only has a "transport hitch" which is not for towing.
I still didn't understand who buys ID3?! 🤷🏿♂️ Beauty is a matter of the individual, but... It's not qualitative. Not outstanding technically… Only the name can sell this. But that name doesn't sound good anymore. 🤓
The first one failed because of the terrible software/screen/infotainment - and because it cost way more than they promised. I don't care what it looks like!
5:02 "I'm getting 3.9kw per hour" seriously, this woman doesn't know what she's saying. She's made so many other mistakes in the past as well with regards to electric cars. It shows she has no interest in what she's reviewing.
I thought the VESS at slow speeds was mandatory even if you can switch it off...at least in the uk...you sure you haven't missed a cryptic switch somewhere? (Question meant to be helpful not critical btw)

Wow. That lag of the updated screen would irritate me every time I'd use it...

The hostess doesn't need a facelift, she's lovely the way she is.❤ enjoy watching her when she shows off new cars and she does it well🙂❤️👍

Im with you on the haptic buttons. Have a Born. Never really caused an issue for me. Font mind info sliders either.
Bonnet from a Cupra Born and new vents but the Cupra still looks better. Born also has bigger infotainment screen and nicer interior.

First gen id3's have fallen so much in price. Its a tough choice between that and an mg4
Wish we could get ID.3 in the US :(
Kilowatts per hour Tish? I think you mean miles per kilowatt hour.
Smart car even smarter presenter!❤
Strange they've done an update that is already planned to be updated within a year
Looking forward for the Fiat 600
The screen remains 10 inch until late 2024. The software is much better now with 3.2.
Kia Niro EV, Volvo EX30 are really much better cars and they are also cheaper
More like a cinema than a car.

But Vw have now upgraded all the old models to the new software
The ID BUZZ certainly wasn't worth the hype 🙁😒
If the 50% Cheaper Chinese built ID.3 comes along tho... 👀
Which hype?!
And pinched Cupra Born seats LOL
Tesla model Y all day long.

The MEB models are way too expencive and offer an absolutely ridiciulous software.
Oh a troll meeting yay 😂
Does it make a noise at slow speeds to warn people it's coming I rent a silent electric car but won't get another that is silent highly Dangerous

It still looks like a toddler's toy
