Nia LaLa V actually the extraction is rather quick with rice. Maybe not 30 seconds. But ive made rice water in 30 min. Letting it sit out on counter for a day or two makes it even better, as it ferments the water.
I went to esthetician school and several of the products we used in the line Dermologica, which is fairly high end, incorporated rice bran! It was used in our exfoliation products mostly but some cleansers as well. It is very gentle and suitable for pretty much all skin types including sensitive! Natural ingredients make the best products, IMO 😌🌾🌿🌻🌸🍯🥒!
I think it's fascinating that I find accented voices to be the most relaxing in these videos. Perhaps it's because good old American voices just sound too ordinary to my ears, though there may be something about specific accents that simply trips my sensors. Perhaps others would not.
I'm making the rounds of my favourite ASMRtists to stay relaxed at what is currently 4am thanks to falling down the stairs an hour ago. Trying to ignore my painful elbow, neck and foot and Tingting is really helping with that! Thank you!

Hey I don't know if this will be of use to you but I have really bad skin sometimes and I find that using Noxzema and biore baking soda scrub helps my skin a lot. Hope this helps 😊

Have you ever thought about doing one ASMR in audio only session and put it on Spotify? Your videos are a good help for sleep, but UA-cam is a pretty inconvenient platform for that specific purpose. :P
Jade I‘d say it‘s definitely worth a try! It‘s not oily and it‘s rather soothing/balancing. Tingting also said it helps with acne, so it should be good for oily skin, too. Hope this helps :)

When “washing” the rice it cleans the rice. The white stuff coming off it is the starch and dirt coming off of it.
