I've always loved the way you delicately hold back your sleeve when reaching for things. It's so soothing, I don't know why because it's such a small thing. I've always loved that part in the tea/princess videos . I think I remeber you mentioning in an old video it is a good manners sort of thing while wearing the robe. Also the gentle way you scoop the ingredients with the small spoons ❤ my soul smiles! ☺

Most people will probably just scroll through this but I’ve been having a really hard time recently. I recently began having panic attacks and would breakdown out of nowhere. It’s been extremely stressful and honestly I feel somewhat empty and depressed, but tingting’s video really helped calm me down in the moment that I need it.
Are you still young? I've noticed many young people, including me in my teen years, had problems similar to this and it's gotten better. :)
I really hope you feel better, we don't deserve having such dark feelings 💜. Remember that ARMY are here for you, and not fandom, we are a family 💜

Jungkook The Golden Maknae I have been there also. I say breathe very deep & super slow, in relatively fresh/clean air, making your belly big when you breathe in, like a big baby belly :) The extra air alters our brain chemistry & neurology.
My favorite music for anxiety is the artist Anugama, Shamanic Dream CDs. (he made 2 CDs of it). And Liquid Mind.
Also you might enjoy looking up how to talk yourself through the Relaxation Response exercise. "My right leg feels warm & heavy... " It may not work instantly, but things like that begin to train your nervous system to be dominant in parasympathetic (Relaxation Response) instead of sympathetic (fight or flight). It works great over time, if you keep doing it! :)

It is a known fact that teens are the most common age group to start having panic and anxiety attacks. Mostly because of school fitting in and even sometimes stuff atp home. But we all get through it. Glad that you found your way to get through it.
When I have attacks i:
1: Sit up name five things I can see. Breathe in for 5 seconds and exhale for 10
2: Name 4 things you can touch. Breathe in for 5 seconds and exhale for 10 seconds
3: Name 3 things you can hear. Breathe in for 5 seconds and exhale for 10 seconds
4: Name two things you can smell. Breathe in for 5 seconds and exhale for 10 seconds
5: Name 1 thing you can taste. Breathe in for 5 seconds and exhale for 10 seconds.
This allows you to get in touch with your senses and totally takes your mind off things you are worried about. Hope that this helps.
i know most people dont probably care, but i've been super stressed recently, with school and personal life. my girlfriend's friend has leukemia and we all are trying to figure things out and stay positive, but it's really had because of stress (and we also are long distance). I am so thankful for Tingting to upload today, because her videos always calm me down. I know ill still be stressed, but with these videos, im always less stressed out.

You should check out Goodnight Moon, a lot of her stuff in the background ( if not most) is real.
Now when the Chinese New Year is aproaching I was wondering, could you maybe do a video explaning how to celebrate it, what does the dragon dance look like and what does it mean, what do Chinese people eat on New Year's Eve dinner? Or perhaps you could do a role play "inviting" a friend from Europe or America to celebrate this beautiful, mysterious holiday with you? :D I think it would be awsome.

Aluko79 they eat everything hahahah xd but most of the families in North part of China eat dumplings after 0:00 not sure about the time but at least in my family. we also put coins inside the dumplings, and if you find the coins in your dumplings, then congratulation! which means you will probably have a better life in the forthcoming year.

ASMR has honestly helped my anxiety so much since I started watching it. It makes me take a second to relax my whole body as opposed to just sitting down. Also, I’m loving this tea making, it’s so interesting☺️

i tink i would buy anything ting ting was selling, like seriously, if ting ting was at the counter at every place i walked into , every place all over the world , like if ting ting was the only costumer service person handling every interaction.... i would go broke bc i would wanna spend every dollar on sitting there spending the time listening to her , there needs to be a ting ting behind every counter every where!!!!!

I didn’t know I was a tingler until I watched this with headphones on... this is so relaxing, I love the sound of the tea leaves being crushed and the sound of you scooping flowers and leaves out of the bowls, so soothing ☺️
Ting Ting is terrific. I've seen her on a number of videos - she is gentle and relaxing.
Also, I love how the comments on Ting Ting's videos are always so supportive, relaxed, and not aggressive at all like a lot of other UA-cam comment sections.

Can you please do another Chinese tea shop video. I'm sure I'm not the only one who LOVES these videos. The sounds of all the different things, mixing, measuring, putting in the tissue paper, wrapping paper, etc etc. These sounds are the MOST. 💕
My favourite thing that she says is "lemme check" about all the little details, it's so delicate and thoughtful and cute the way she says it

i have really bad insomnia. about a year s ago i started watching ting ting . when she helped me go to sleep i praised her . then i got into a relationship and i often stayed with my girlfriend and she would whisper or sing me to sleep and i no longer watched ting ting . i hate to say we broke up about a month ago and now i’ve rediscovered ting ting . i haven’t had a sleepless night in about a week in a half . ting ting you do so much for the community . and. you deserve so much more love than you receive
