Hi! I just tested the coupon code in a new account and it worked for me. Please make sure it's all one word, lowercase "podinsights" and that you don't already have an active premium subscription.

I just heard back from Printify, they indicated that after the 30 day free period, if you decide to keep the premium account and pay you will still receive the one-time $29 account credit. Thanks for asking!
