As much as I wish all the characters were completely broken on their own (and you can make that argument for albedo), I think they made the right decision by making them all reasonably strong alone, but with some clear weaknesses. That way you're pushed to use them together because they each cover the weaknesses of the others, and that way they're their own separate team rather than more unknown buffs in general. Justice for Cocytus though, he deserved better and could be better if they just removed his demonic beast restriction (especially since Albedo already broke the game mode anyways).
You can hate as much as on Albedo but Shel is the worst Character Right now because that's Frenzy Passive is so Dog Shit Because you can proc that's on your Turn and kill her right Then And Albedo is the Bane of the Shel Existing
