What bothers me most is he tried to use the, "I'm afraid of this officer," and he actually was so scared he defied the officer's command to stay in his car. A slap in the face to all those who've actually suffered from police brutality. But, Brandon will virtue signal all day long and lecture the rest of us when it's the mayor who needs oversight. What a buffoon.
The mayor thinks he is above the law and calls the city manager to get him off. This is a true sign of corruption by calling his friends to get preferential treatment. The mayor should be investigated for corruption and abuse of power
Whole problem is the Mayor is making $110,000 dollars and shouldn't even be there.

I was there they untire time I was helping and the cops were there to make sure everything went smoothly but then when he didn't get his way he started flipping out

Not really to their advantage when they're accused of a crime or misconduct which they're not guilty of. A body cam could prove their innocence.

Whipple is not fit for this office …… terrible behaviour. Even if it was not the whole story, his behaviour was shocking. Throwing his weight around. Should be sacked immediately, he wanted go around and skip the line. It is not about the camera policy, he wants to divert attention from his corrupt behaviour!

There is a lot more to this. Wichita is wear a 2017 swatting incident took place and the Wichita PD killed an innocent man, Andrew Finch. The cops show up at his house and Finch goes out on the porch to see what is going on and ten seconds later officer Justin Rapp shoots him dead claiming he "was going for a gun." Rapp is not charged with a crime and continues his employment at the Wichita PD. In July of this year is promoted to detective and Whipple along with members of the city council are against. So, this payback from the police unions and FOP along with covering for and incompetent and dangerous cop!
What does that have to do with the Wichita Mayor being called out for trying to illegally dump trash?
