Why in the hell would he postback online when obviously whatever it was is some sort of online entity that's stalking him for some reason or another through the internet.
This strikes me as one of those not really fictional pastas. I mean replace the ghost with a government agency and this could 100% be real. It almost makes me worried about the author.
I've been trying to figure out who your narration style reminds me of, and I've figured out that your speech pattern is like William Shatner, or at least the Family Guy parody of him. It's a little jarring, if I'm honest. But hey, everyone's different, and I totally support you. I've actually been listening for a couple years now 🙃
Agreed. His speaking style is very unique imo. It sounds to me like when someone is telling a story and they start to get upset and their voice speeds up and starts to get more and more hysterical. He speeds up to the point of almost mumbling sometimes. But people seem to like it, so whatever floats his boat I guess! I'm glad someone else noticed.
For me, it makes me a little nervous when he does this. Especially when he goes from talking calmly to yelling. I just feel if you are adequately describing the panic of the scene, there's no reason to actually yell, in a microphone nonetheless.
Wanna know a fact that makes bullies even more pathetic? The whole low self-esteem is actually not the majority, most bullies actually have egos and think too highly of themselves and the rules don't apply to them, they think they're Gods gift to the world. Yes bullies with low self esteem exist but don't believe movies, that's an exception not the rule. Most of them are narcissists who think they can't do any wrong and the world revolves around them.

One of those stories where you could see a good idea forming, but it just completely goes off the rails at some point. If this was a story about this guy cracking over moderation of his stories and everything from the letter onward were just in his head and he arrived at the hospital to learn his house and mail were fine, it could've worked. Instead he gets targeted by the Invisible Flash Hackerman because...trolls (you know, the best antagonist to try and write in a story). Also what does this guy even do to afford a house and insurance? Like, all we get is he writes creepypastas for reddit and such; does he have a patreon? Rich parents? So many questions, meanwhile our antagonists gets like 4~6 sentences, which gives us 0 backstory, the most barebones motivation, and absolutely no logic in how he does anything (how is me instantly in different locations? How is he invisible in the first place?). All I can say is...that happened.
I thought he was targeted by an Alien at first since the story started out with “how to survive an alien” or something like that. I though the moderator was an super intellectual alien that wanted to prove him wrong, but it was somewhat of a letdown in the end.
@@TheDemonEtized Yeah, I was thinking it was some reflection of the main character or hallucination, given he could sort of see it reflecting off his monitor. Either way, this story would be prime for a follow-up if doesn't have one already; of the few narrated creepypastas I think are actually bad, this one could be salvaged if the author expands on it.
I get where you're coming from, and I mean no offense, but "it was all in his head/it was all a hallucination/it was all a dream" endings are the laziest endings ever and it definitely would've made this already bad ending worse lol, imo a still cliche but better ending would be that whatever was tormenting him mirrored his stories, since he mentioned aliens and monsters and such, and a more thematic ending would be that he writes stories about monsters all the time and is slowly learning that nothing is more scary than another human being, scrapping all the invisible omnipresent antagonist and making him just an overly obsessed stalker, because if written well, few things are more scary than knowing there is an entire person working against you that you have no control over, and worse if they are smarter than you
I don't think I've ever given a crap about how the protagonist of a story is able to afford their lifestyle lmao I hate it when people try to write in complicated character backstories that have absolutely nothing to do with the story itself and waste 20 minutes of your time.
Only your narration kept me here after it turned from weird psychological potentially supernatural hacking into LMAO ghost beats me up haha. I'm definitely not a fan of resolving a psychological thriller with gore, but I always enjoy your readings.
Slow down....I had to reduce the speed to keep up with you. You sound so wired. You don't have to yell. You are so talented & I love your stories. It's the yelling that is hard for me. I can never listen to your stories at night which is very unfortunate.
