I mean, come on!!!! Mozzarella sticks should be available at all times in every household -served along with some homemade marinara 🤤 So good and so fun.
OMGGG this new upgraded version just remind me how i found your channel 9 years ago when i had to present a recipe of my favorite snacks at that moment to my English teacher and i found your mozzarella sticks recipe (got an A btw thankss as always Laura!!!!!) and now i’m in my apartment about to make it again 🫶 it really does remind me that time flies so fastttt always loveee your simple and quick recipes xx
I made the old recipe for Christmas a couple of years ago. I used individually packaged string cheese to save prep time. I also did the breading a day or two in advance and then froze the sticks. I remember the flavour, the crunch and the cheese pull like it was yesterday! The only thing is that the oil tasted like the herbs in the breading. It's a problem because I wanted to reuse it but I cook Asian dishes way more often than "Western" ones. If you have the same concern, I suggest reducing the seasoning to salt and pepper only and adding the herbs to the dipping sauce instead.
Well she didn't intend for the oil to be reused so telling others not to season assumes everyone else will be reusing that oil for non-Italian dishes. Your preference died actually find anything wrong with the recipe.
If I'm to make mozzarella sticks or any fried food, I got to plan to make a lot of it to store as freezer meals as the amount of oil ill need just wont do for a small batch based on how expensive oil is.
Laura, I can not find granulated onion or garlic in my local grocery stores anymore unless it's a HUGE container. Is there a substitute I could use? Onion powder and garlic powder, perhaps? Same measurements?
QUESTION i just have shredded mottzella can i use this and just roll it up like a triangle. 😊. i also have a air fryer, to cut down on using oil. for my cholesterol level..my nephew loves eating mottzella sticks with the Martina sauce. 😊

Oh!!!! one of my UA-cam favorite chef Laura, It's been a quite long time since I haven't watched you. You have changed so much. Oh, your baby face. Thanks for your mozzarella stick recipe.
Oh those look so good! I'm going to try this recipe! I love Marinara for sure but I also love to dip them in Blue Cheese dressing! So I can't say anything about your ketchup! Lol
I'm looking for a Mozzarella Stick recipe that has some kind of batter like in certain Italian restaurants. It's more basic but something different. I'm not sure what they use though. Maybe they dip their mozzarella sticks in corndog batter or something. I don't know but I would try that with the seasoning.
Laura, this is going to sound out of this world lol, but I dip them in Chic Fil A sauce !! It is sooo good, thank you for sharing another lovely video!! Sending you lot of love from Delaware County, PA (below Philly lol)🥰🥰
Those look awesome! Thanks for the tip about freezing them before hand. BTW, do you have a recipe for garlic rolls with cheese? I have had them at one pizza place but can't generally find them.
This may be an odd question, but would you be so kind and share which salt you use? I feel my salt is too “salty” and I cannot use it according to recipes… thanks so very much!
can i replace the dredge with gluten free stuff? like gluten free AP flour and gluten free panko? i wanna make these so bad but lots of my friends have celiacs
Ooey Gooey! My two new favorite words!! We call mozzarella "mootsie" (it sounds as it is spelled! So. "Motz" to you and "Mootsie to me!! Either way, they look divine, crunchy and gooey. Thank you Laura. God Bless You and Yours!
