We take payment a lot is online banking if you if the elderly customers are cash on the day or if they're not home they send a cheque, after each cleaning we leave an invoice with the bank details and payment method details To be honest I don't really have that money problems chasing up payments
Possibly the worst part of the job being a window cleaner! I just do bank transfers. Just send a text reminder after 2 weeks of non payment. If they are late paying.
@@Darren-Green I mean for taking payments, do you use a round app that also links to gocardless so when you've done the job you just click it on the app and it automatically asks for payment or do you have to go on gocardless each time and go onto that address and take payment that way?

We’re currently beta testing a worksheet route optimisation at the moment, looks promising. Keep up the good vids and putting things straight for folk. 👍🏻

It’s worse when they say IME going to transfer later and don’t, then u call them or have to go back knock the do for them to say I’ll do it now🤔 So then if u don’t wait for confirmation your left waiting again. Obviously this Channel just would get rid? Typically not all have this option so what would some recommend coz calling people sometimes I feel is harder than calling round.

Yes it is, but not when you end up spending a full on 4 weeks a year collecting from customers.
