Float for Hope 2023

The boats embarked from Burtonport Pier, embarking on a mesmerising journey that took them to Aranmore Lighthouse and followed by Bunbeg Pier.
From there, they ventured to the scenic Gola Island, the pristine shores of Carrickfin Beach and the breathtaking Mullaghderg Beach. Continuing their picturesque voyage, they visited Kincasslagh harbour, explored Cruit Island and Owey Island before returning to Aranmore Island and finally heading back to Burtonport.
Concluding the day with a heartfelt closing ceremony featuring the little boats, accompanied by the soulful music of Darrach Sharkey, a touching tribute to our beloved departed.☘
