Yes, Mike and I did two DVD's together in 2011 and 2012. They are called "Hammering Horseshoes" and "Braced Bending." They are awesome. Loaded with all kinds of info on technique and training for the specific feats. If you have any more questions let me know. I'd be glad to make you a special deal if you wanted copies.
Hey Jedd, great content as always! What type/types of training, or implements do you think are the most effective for forearm mass? If you had to pick one or two exercises for lower arm mass what would they be? And if you could only do one grip exercise for the rest of your life, what you pick (your favorite)? Thought this would be an awesome topic for you to talk about because you are so well versed on so many exercises/implements! Would really make my day if you could make a cooking with napalm vid about some of this! Thanks a bunch, Bryan
It would be interesting to hear what you have to say about grip imbalance, if you've experienced it and what your advice is. I just bought CoC 1 & 2, can do 4-5 reps nr 2 with right hand but only 4-5 nr 1 with left. On my best day so far that is.
hi, i loved your answer in this video ! and wanted to add to the question do you think that dead hangs with bodyweight +..from a pullup bar could also help improve grip ..on the same principle of dead lifts towards the 3 ?
yes bro, but if you want to close coc 3 you should focus on gripper crushing strength because the exercies that you have mentioned train only support grip
Jedd, you are my brother so I am going call it like I see it because I care. Shirtless videos attract the WRONG kind of attention...if you know what I mean... Just looking out for you.

Looking back on this video after seeing khaled almost closing a 3.5 coc with just working as a mechanic his life, like damnn 😅
Dude, he did incredible levels of manual labor and he's a freak.
In this video I'm talking about normal people.
