I was pumped up to see Metallica the reason why I went. However, Greta blew my ears out when they played there opening song. By the end of the night I knew I was there just to see Greta play. They are making history by bringing back real music. Fav band!!
Although the entire concert was a blast, seeing GVF gave me the most JOY because the guys are the same age of my sons and I can’t imagine how amazing they felt being up there on that stage. They absolutely killed it last night!!!!
Easily the best performance of the night. These guys have such an amazing sound, so much talent literally mind blown

I drove from Virginia to see them (8hours) and only got to see 2 songs however cage the elephant made it worth it (we got out of our Uber two blocks away look at eachother in FEAR when we heard Josh and SPRINTED)

If Metallica hadn’t been so damn good I would’ve said these guys stole the show! Both bands put on a great fuckin concert , Cage The Elephant was good too but I’d say they were 3rd wheel to Greta and Metallica.

@@TrentonTrent I agree I was on the floor in the middle. The acoustics sounded really bad but still was a good concert. 3rd time I’ve seen GVF; I seen them in Nashville this year at a small venue, best concert of my life by far.

Looks like half the arena are not there yet....there loss...I'm waiting for them to come to Knoxville to see them alone.....
Well, maybe cause this stadium sucks! It was hell to try to get in, hell to find anything, no signage, and employees were useless! My group walked around fro a good half hour just trying to find how to get on the floor! Their employees would just point us in the wrong direction over and over again. The sound was horrible, you could barely hear Josh! So yeah, we missed half them playing just due to the stadium. :(
@@TrentonTrent Now that may be true....I have watched a bunch of there stuff and they amaze me. I like smaller venues for shows anyway..everything sounds better
@@Unclerickysstonegroove I agree.. But Metallica is hard to catch at small venues. They rocked the hell outta SunTrust park back in 2017. Best sound I have ever experienced at a concert and I have been to a shit load of shows.

So according to several people sitting around us, their ticketmaster tickets showed a 7pm start time, whereas the show really started at . Many people that came to see GVF missed their entire set due to the wrong time on their tickets :(

The guitarist copying Jimmy Page's moves exactly... is annoying. Copying to the point of being ridiculous about it.
These guys are great but will never fill stadiums because their name is not memorable imo
