Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs holds press conference with Deputy Law Director Mike Moyers to declare impasse in accordance with TCA §6-58-104(b)(1). Knox County will notify the TN Secretary of State to request they evoke their alternative dispute resolution procedure.
