Just got one. The battery is great, but the shower times, or whatever setting you have it on are way less than the manufacturer specs. Otherwise it's a good unit.
Nice I'm still using mine mainly as a hand washing station when I got camping or racing. Still love it! The rest of the time it's a seat in my garage XD. The battery is my biggest gripe, they say it will last months without a charge and I have to charge it everytime I take it out. It does not like cold weather also.
11.29.21 Now you will need like a 20 gallon fresh water tank to put in side your car. Back in the day when I have a van, dodge tradesman 360 v8, which I called the dodge hotel or tradesmen inn. I made out of fiber glass a 30 gallon water tank and at that time used a camper style 12v dc water pump and a garden hose and a wand like on a weed sprayer. Used to wash the bike some when had muddy conditions. Had other 5 gallon water for drinking. More super cub deliveries.
It would be nice to have a huge water tank but I think this will do to freshen up. Supposedly they are going to make a heater for this in the future also. It's pretty nice you can wash a car with it and not have to drag a waterhose around.

How you like the product so far after a year of usage? Will you get the immersion heating kit?
