Mecklenburg looks to me like WeeGee looked at Hindi and decided to pump him with battleship steroids.
And to make sure he stays at spawn, always spamms HE and never push, they took away his hydro and gave him Def AA, like that will save him from CV or Sub cancer.
If Deadeye was still at thing this thing would be the most dented HE spammer in the game.
It already is topdog HE spam cancer from base without deadeye. Really no need on this one.
