Is it possible to add 480 fps for short clips in either 1080p or 720p? I think it is something many videographers for both sports like skateboarding, and wildlife like Kingfisher (kawasemi) would very much appreciate, even if only for 2 seconds of actual record time (hopefully with 1 second of pre-roll).

You had me interested until I heard the non bino crap.
Please, go for a Cinema caméra ! Red Raptor Size, with internal ND (don't make the same mistakes)... DR and color sciences are right here... We need better codecs, proper output, internal ND and damn, this will sell like hotcakes....
I hear more about gender and identity and space and so forth than how the camera performs.
video line camera tested almost only by photographers... :/
There was no video testing. It was more a demonstration of the wokeness of Fujifilm.

@@EnduroLRAwhere you have heard this Fujifilm is video centric? It's a hybrid camera. Mostly for sports, action photography and also high video solutions.
And a lot of photographer become hybrid shooter.

Fujifilm by it's own is saying it's a hybrid high speed camera for professional usage.
Have a look to the channel of doing review.
