Can we do the configuration at the first time of the new card to do these steps using network cable only "rj45"?.. .. Way the sell the card with out microUSB?
I have one flashing "alert" on card. Cannot connect to network. (SPX3000) any ideas? Tried reset. Took card out/in. Took card out and removed internal battery. Let sit. Put battery back in. Same error. Eaton GB Card.

First time you cannot configure the network card without a MicroUSB cable.
Card always come with MicroUSB cable.
How do you reset the card to factory defaults if you dont know the IP?
try checking your router/DHCP server to see what IP it gave to the card

What's the default IP and login details on this one?
It should written on the manual. But for my network card, IP address is 169.254.0.1 255.255.255.0
