I've noticed lately that you've been uploading quite different genres of songs lately. Why did you make this decision here on a channel like "Trap" Nation (it had already been the case in the past but exclusively), especially since there are already several channels with different genres (House, Chill... even if I much loved "Clouds" by Bunt for example). I'm also worry to see a lot less uploads here of Trap/Future Bass/Wave artists that we are used to seeing every year. I still follow every uploads though, but some may not match the Trap Nation "vibe" I used to find here. btw the song is nice!
This channel is not a jail in which I can't escape the boundaries of 1 genre where I now like many and want to share many. Andre created this channel at the time because he loved Trap music and, every day, would sit and find gems he loved and wanted to bring more attention to. To turn that passion and channel into a creative jail on which we HAVE to upload Trap music because that's what it's "supposed" to promote is a no-no. Ultimately, our mission is the same one Andre started a decade ago: share what we love and not be told what to love or not to love. Other channels can do whatever they want, but Trap Nation will be a platform on which the next generation of listeners will find all of their best music, regardless of genre. We will have fun sharing it and empowering the artists and ourselves, and curators and music lovers. Thank you for asking this; it gave me a chance to give a better answer to those who may be confused or need an in-depth answer.
