Big success! Worked for my UE46D5500RW! I tried it after the TV technician said the motherboard needed replacement and that there is no motherboard of this type available anymore-meaning I had to buy a new TV. Vielen Dank!
Nico Berge after reviewing a lot of videos, I found that the issue is in the power supply board where the clicking sound arises. Currently I am between: 1- buying a full new board and keep this board as a spare part or 2-to bring an avometer and measure the voltage of all the board components to define the damaged part and replace which is in my opinion not the suitable solution for me.
Danke schön, bei meinem UE46D6500 hat es auch geklappt. Der ging zwar an, konnte dann aber nichts umgestellt werden, weder mit FB noch an den Nahbedientasten am TV. Nu funktioniert er wieder. Samsung hatte am Telefon gesagt, das er zu alt wäre, um das es sich lohnt einen Mechaniker rumzuschicken und haben mir einen 15% Gutschein geschickt;-).
Thank you for your advice. When I tried this, I connect with paper clip and I put power on, the TV doesn't start at all ( power button is on/off for about 5 seconds then it's completly OFF ) It's like the paper clip stop the TV from starting at all. You have a solution please ?
Thanks Herr Heidemacker, it works for my UN46F6300. The pins are located on the top of the motherboard for this model. 10 pins, look for the RESET and the EEPRON_SDA (3th and 5th from the right).
Is correct . The issue is " bootloop ' . Problem solved . The cause is firmware . After hard reset is necessary to update the firmware and factory reset in service menu . Otherwise the problem will appear soon or later .Danke

Hat bei meinem UE46D5700RSXZG leider nicht den gewünschten Erfolg gebracht. Ich musste zusätzlich den NAND vereisen. Letzteres hat dann zum Erfolg geführt. Dennoch vielen Dank für die Anleitung!
es hat geklapt obwohl ich dem UE46F6500SSXZG habe ist zwar etwas komplezer da es mehrere solher löcher gab aber es hat dennoch funktioniert lauft wie ne eins nacht dem reset danke für deine hilfe hab gefühlt 100 videos darüber angesehen aber keines hat mir geholfen viel dank
Hey Tag auch habe auch den UE 50 F6500 BJ 2013 hatte auch einen Bootloop bin mit den Trick mit dem Feuerzeug Gas daraus gekommen. EEPROM reset didn't work for me sadly, but cooling down the NAND Chip (using an ice cube and some cling film) actually did. TV (UE40D5700) seems to work for now. :)

Bei mir hatte es erst nicht geklappt. Dann habe ich nochmal den Trick mit der Kühlung probiert... Perfekt! Kein bootloop mehr! Jedoch wurde mir nun eine Meldung angezeigt, dass ich doch bitte im Service Mode den Type, local set, und Front Color Option einstellen solle. Ich also in den Service Mode und... auf was soll ich die genannten Punkte denn stellen? Ich habe schon einiges ausprobiert und im Internet geschaut. Bisher ohne Erfolg. Das Problem ist das ich jetzt kein Bild mehr habe... ich habe einen Cromecast an den Fernseher angeschlossen, dieser zeigt mir dann das Google Logo und dann ein schwarzes Bild (aus anderen Fernsehern funktioniert er). Auf meinem Handy ist der Cromecast jedoch zu erkennen und ich kann via Spotify auch Musik auf dem Fernseher wiedergeben... jedoch ohne Bild. Auch das normale Einstellungsmenü ist auf dem Fernseher sichtbar. Also gehe ich nicht von einem Defekt des Displays aus. Kann mir vielleicht hier jemand weiterhelfen?

hi sir i have samsung ue40d5003 and I have almost the same problem as you the damage was definitely caused in my case by a generator that I installed burned the protection and created the following problem when I have not connected the antenna, any input source lights up normally when I connect, however, when it goes to show an image, the image appears momentarily and then restarts from the logo and the same again. Can you tell me from your experience what could be wrong or where should I look?
Ich habe deine Punkte alle befolgt. EEProm reset hab ich gemacht. Nand mit Feuerzeuggas vereist. Ist das Problem noch immer da. Bin mir auch sicher das es richtig gemacht wurde da ich jetzt immer den Hinweis erhalte ins Service Menü zu gehen und dort Farbe usw. einstellen soll. Und nach dem Nand Eis ist mein Menü auf Türkisch. Was kenn es noch sein? Netzteil Elko? Gruß Und Dankeschön

Ok, thanks. Then this methode is not working on my TV. It's strange because when the clip is inserted nothing changes in the startup. It is the same as without the clip...
Habe ein Samsung ue32d5720. Mit der Klammermethode machte er ein Factory Reset(war danach wieder auf englisch). Ging trotzdem wieder aus nach 5 Sek. Auch die Methode mit Kältespray hat leider nichts gebracht. Es scheint nur das er anstatt 5 sek +- 60 Sekunden an bleibt für einmal. Danach sind es wieder die 5 Sekunden. Kann man hier noch sonst was probieren?
Samsung TVs habe gerne mal seeehr günstige ELKOs verbaut bei meinem waren diese Elektrolyt-Kondensatoren schon aufgeplatzt! Kurz ausgelötet - bei Conrad 2 neue geholt (1,30€ - also 2,60€ zusammen) dann eingelötet und läuft seit 7 Jahren ohne weitere Probleme! Fing auch mit Random restarts an etc. Zeitlichen Intervalle zwischen den Neustarts wurden dann immer kürzer. Ein "Sicht-Check" der Komponenten kann manchnal schon helfen. Einen Versuch ist es wert!
Sehr gutes & verständliches Tutorial! :) Ich habe einen UE37D5720 - nach dem brücken der 2 Pins bleibt er länger an, jedoch kann ich keinerlei menüs öffnen (weder ohne gebrückte pins - noch mit gebr. Pins) die rote LED zeigt aber an das er IR-Signale empfängt. Das Samsung smart tv boot-logo ist das einzige Bild welches sich ünerhaupt auf dem Panel zeigt. Was kann ich hier noch machen? Freeze werde ich probieren wenngleich ich da wenig hoffnung hab. In letzter Konsequenz wäre die Frage wie hoch die erfolgs-wahrscheinlichkeit bei einem nand tausch wäre. Gibt es irgendwo fertig programmierte nand-chips für dieses Modell? Für hilfreiche infos bin ich ausgesprochen dankbar.. Gruß

However, the NAND IC1302 content damage is 90% of these TVs ...
If someone was unclear my information if the TV with BN41-01660 mainboard spontanously rebooted, then the damaged eeprom content is the reason for the spontanously reboot in about 5% of cases !!! BUT mostly damaged content of IC1302 NAND K9GAG08U0E is the reason in about 90% of cases. So this video solution is attempt of tumor treatment with placebo using and more or less fake solution.
Heňo _ Is there any way to reset, or resolder a new NAND IC1302 to the motherboard? Samsung said they couldn't order a new motherboard for me, so basically it is a paperweight now. So it doesn't matter anymore if I make a permanent damage to it, so it would worth a try.

In addition, the new nand from China is not as good as the original one in TV production. yes this is the problem. Eeprom reset by this Tv is only 5% the Nand IC is faild. Need only new programmend Nand and for secure programmed Eeprom and it works fine.
@@ExclusiveMobilePhone It is not necessary to program a new nand, just delete the old one, but you need to know how to properly create a file for nand writing (new or old nand without distinction) and how to properly verifing of nand content after writing. It is not necessary to replace the EEPROM provided that it has not previously been destroyed by the unprofessional method described in the video :)

i guess the steps are shown in die video. Important: you have to use the right pins with the paperclip. If this doesn´t work, try to cool the chip with electronic-cooler-spray. see also some of the comments...

Hey, I fully cooled the NAND SAMSUNG K9GAG08U0E just nearby the eeprom reset with a muscle spray cooler (I only had that at home with the pandemic) several times and it worked :-)

Hey wie mache ich an einem UE55RU7379 Ein Eeprom reset? er bootet auch alle 15 Sek Neu... würde mich wirklich riesig über die hilfe freuen Ist ein BN94-1411e Mainboard bzw. BN41-02703A Weil hier gibt es keinen SDA Mehr bzw auch den IC3102 nicht nur einen IC801 und IC802 diese habe ich auch versucht in allen möglichen Pins also 1-8/ 8-1 Gebrückt aber es hat sich nichts geändert. Der Fehler ist aufgetreten weil der Fernseher ein Display schaden hat und ich idiot im Service Menü auf DP Test gedrückt habe (denke mal DisplayPanel Test) und jetzt bootet er nurnoch neu ich möchte aber wieder ein Bild haben auch wenn das display kaputt ist
Bei mir ging der Tv (UE40D5700) auch stetig an und aus (Sender lief jeweils ca 5 sek mit Ton). Leider hat das überbrücken (wie hier im Video) nicht funktioniert. Abhilfe schaffte jedoch das starke Kühlen des Flash IC1302 mittels Eiswürfel im Gefrierbeutel. (Google suche: "Lösung #4 - NAND auf Eis")

Hallo, das ist nicht bei allen Platinen gleich. Meistens setzt sich der TV dieser Aera aus einer Netzteilplatine und einer Logic-Platine (Logic-Board) zusammen. Auf dem Logic.Board muss man ein wenig suchen. Falls die Entwickler die PINs dann weggelassen haben, einfach alle ICs mal kühlen (nacheinander). Dafür gibt es Eisspray, einige haben es auch mit Feuerzeuggas gemacht . Das kühlt sehr stark herunter

Hallo, das kann vieles sein. einfache Lösungen: Vom Stromnetz nehmen, alle angeschlossenen Geräte und Kabel (bis auf das netzkabel) abmachen und Einschalten neu probieren. Vom Stromnetzt nehmen und 10 min warten, dann wieder Stecker einstecken Fernbedienung Batterie rausnehmen und von hand einschalten Versuch in das Systemmenür (anderes Video von mir) reinzukommen. Ansonsten basteln: Netzteil auf dicke Kondensatoren prüfen oder tauschen..
Habe den Reset wie in der Anleitung durchgeführt. Leider hängt der Fernseher immer noch in einer Bootschleife.... Allerdings kommt jetzt nach dem Starten nicht mehr die Mitteilung, dass kein Sender gefunden wurde, sondern das keine gespeicherten Sender vorhanden sind (auf Englisch). Daher nehme ich an, dass der Reset funktioniert hat.... Hat jemand noch einen anderen Vorschlag um aus der Bootschleife zu entkommen? Vielen Dank im Voraus!

dann ist das eine anders Board mit anderer Belegung. Manchmal hilft es das IC einzufrieren (zB mit Feuerzeuggas), dann etwas warten und nochmals einschalten...
If you do that it won't fix your TV. You will have to reflash memory anyway. After this reset your HDTV ports will become unusable or CEC will not work. In this case you will have to enter service menu - rewrite edid. Please chose EDID port as HDMI4. This will fix HDMI/CEC issues. If you find offset with CEC ports just try different edid port in service menu before rewrite all.
hi my tv is not rebooting anymore but I can't use the hdmi as it reboot the tv right away . Is that the issue you are talking about that can be solved by using the service menu ?

Hallo, Ich habe es auch mehrfach probiert.. Sollte es dann immer noch nicht klappen, ist das Board wahrscheinlich hin. Es besteht noch die Möglichkeit ein geladenes EEProm sich schicken zu lassen und auszutauschen... aber lohnt sich das dann noch?Dann einfach mal bei Kleinanzeigen nach einem gleichen TV mit Glasbruch suchen oder so wie er ist verkaufen. Sorry keine positivere Antwort...

Auf meinem Handy ist der Cromecast jedoch zu erkennen und ich kann via Spotify auch Musik auf dem Fernseher wiedergeben... jedoch ohne Bild.
Auch das normale Einstellungsmenü ist auf dem Fernseher sichtbar. Also gehe ich nicht von einem Defekt des Displays aus.
Kann mir vielleicht hier jemand weiterhelfen?

the damage was definitely caused in my case by a generator that I installed burned the protection and created the following problem
when I have not connected the antenna, any input source lights up normally

Stecker raus, Klammer rein, Stecker rein. Wenn das nicht funktioniert hilft das Vereisen des Chips meistens weiter (Siehe die anderen Kommentare)
I try this method, it reset the eeprom, but still have the reboots, so i remove the board, put in the freeze for 10 minutes and now its working!!

Bin mir auch sicher das es richtig gemacht wurde da ich jetzt immer den Hinweis erhalte ins Service Menü zu gehen und dort Farbe usw. einstellen soll. Und nach dem Nand Eis ist mein Menü auf Türkisch.

Hello, I have the same problem (ue32D5700) however no luck with the paperclip. So my question.. Can it be your legs of the paperclip are that long they touch the housing behind the mainboard. And so grounding the two pins you connected??

Ok, thanks. Then this methode is not working on my TV. It's strange because when the clip is inserted nothing changes in the startup. It is the same as without the clip...
this could have the reason in different Chips, which are used by Samsung, or the board/the EEPROM ist not ok.

Habe ein Samsung ue32d5720. Mit der Klammermethode machte er ein Factory Reset(war danach wieder auf englisch). Ging trotzdem wieder aus nach 5 Sek. Auch die Methode mit Kältespray hat leider nichts gebracht. Es scheint nur das er anstatt 5 sek +- 60 Sekunden an bleibt für einmal. Danach sind es wieder die 5 Sekunden. Kann man hier noch sonst was probieren?

Samsung TVs habe gerne mal seeehr günstige ELKOs verbaut bei meinem waren diese Elektrolyt-Kondensatoren schon aufgeplatzt!
Kurz ausgelötet - bei Conrad 2 neue geholt (1,30€ - also 2,60€ zusammen) dann eingelötet und läuft seit 7 Jahren ohne weitere Probleme!
Fing auch mit Random restarts an etc.
Zeitlichen Intervalle zwischen den Neustarts wurden dann immer kürzer.
Ein "Sicht-Check" der Komponenten kann manchnal schon helfen.
Einen Versuch ist es wert!

Sehr gutes & verständliches Tutorial! :) Ich habe einen UE37D5720 - nach dem brücken der 2 Pins bleibt er länger an, jedoch kann ich keinerlei menüs öffnen (weder ohne gebrückte pins - noch mit gebr. Pins) die rote LED zeigt aber an das er IR-Signale empfängt. Das Samsung smart tv boot-logo ist das einzige Bild welches sich ünerhaupt auf dem Panel zeigt. Was kann ich hier noch machen? Freeze werde ich probieren wenngleich ich da wenig hoffnung hab. In letzter Konsequenz wäre die Frage wie hoch die erfolgs-wahrscheinlichkeit bei einem nand tausch wäre. Gibt es irgendwo fertig programmierte nand-chips für dieses Modell? Für hilfreiche infos bin ich ausgesprochen dankbar.. Gruß

Statistically, on these mainboard models, damage to the eeprom content is about 5% of the cases, and the procedure described here, in addition to the risk of even more damage, is about successfully as often as treatment of tumor by cannabis oil.
However, the NAND IC1302 content damage is 90% of these TVs ...
If someone was unclear my information if the TV with BN41-01660 mainboard spontanously rebooted, then the damaged eeprom content is the reason for the spontanously reboot in about 5% of cases !!!
BUT mostly damaged content of IC1302 NAND K9GAG08U0E is the reason in about 90% of cases.
So this video solution is attempt of tumor treatment with placebo using and more or less fake solution.
Heňo _ Is there any way to reset, or resolder a new NAND IC1302 to the motherboard? Samsung said they couldn't order a new motherboard for me, so basically it is a paperweight now. So it doesn't matter anymore if I make a permanent damage to it, so it would worth a try.

yes this is the problem. Eeprom reset by this Tv is only 5% the Nand IC is faild. Need only new programmend Nand and for secure programmed Eeprom and it works fine.

i guess the steps are shown in die video. Important: you have to use the right pins with the paperclip. If this doesn´t work, try to cool the chip with electronic-cooler-spray. see also some of the comments...

Hey, I fully cooled the NAND SAMSUNG K9GAG08U0E just nearby the eeprom reset with a muscle spray cooler (I only had that at home with the pandemic) several times and it worked :-)

Ist ein BN94-1411e Mainboard bzw. BN41-02703A Weil hier gibt es keinen SDA Mehr bzw auch den IC3102 nicht nur einen IC801 und IC802 diese habe ich auch versucht in allen möglichen Pins also 1-8/ 8-1 Gebrückt aber es hat sich nichts geändert. Der Fehler ist aufgetreten weil der Fernseher ein Display schaden hat und ich idiot im Service Menü auf DP Test gedrückt habe (denke mal DisplayPanel Test) und jetzt bootet er nurnoch neu ich möchte aber wieder ein Bild haben auch wenn das display kaputt ist

Bei mir ging der Tv (UE40D5700) auch stetig an und aus (Sender lief jeweils ca 5 sek mit Ton). Leider hat das überbrücken (wie hier im Video) nicht funktioniert. Abhilfe schaffte jedoch das starke Kühlen des Flash IC1302 mittels Eiswürfel im Gefrierbeutel. (Google suche: "Lösung #4 - NAND auf Eis")

Es liegt nur selten an der Eeprom meist musst ein anderer Baustein erneuert, sowie programmiert werden mit neuer Boot Software.

das ist nicht bei allen Platinen gleich. Meistens setzt sich der TV dieser Aera aus einer Netzteilplatine und einer Logic-Platine (Logic-Board) zusammen. Auf dem Logic.Board muss man ein wenig suchen. Falls die Entwickler die PINs dann weggelassen haben, einfach alle ICs mal kühlen (nacheinander). Dafür gibt es Eisspray, einige haben es auch mit Feuerzeuggas gemacht . Das kühlt sehr stark herunter

Hallo, das kann vieles sein. einfache Lösungen:
Vom Stromnetz nehmen, alle angeschlossenen Geräte und Kabel (bis auf das netzkabel) abmachen und Einschalten neu probieren.
Vom Stromnetzt nehmen und 10 min warten, dann wieder Stecker einstecken
Fernbedienung Batterie rausnehmen und von hand einschalten
Versuch in das Systemmenür (anderes Video von mir) reinzukommen.
Ansonsten basteln: Netzteil auf dicke Kondensatoren prüfen oder tauschen..
Habe den Reset wie in der Anleitung durchgeführt.
Leider hängt der Fernseher immer noch in einer Bootschleife....
Allerdings kommt jetzt nach dem Starten nicht mehr die Mitteilung, dass kein Sender gefunden wurde, sondern das keine gespeicherten Sender vorhanden sind (auf Englisch). Daher nehme ich an, dass der Reset funktioniert hat....
Hat jemand noch einen anderen Vorschlag um aus der Bootschleife zu entkommen?

dann ist das eine anders Board mit anderer Belegung. Manchmal hilft es das IC einzufrieren (zB mit Feuerzeuggas), dann etwas warten und nochmals einschalten...
If you do that it won't fix your TV. You will have to reflash memory anyway. After this reset your HDTV ports will become unusable or CEC will not work. In this case you will have to enter service menu - rewrite edid. Please chose EDID port as HDMI4. This will fix HDMI/CEC issues. If you find offset with CEC ports just try different edid port in service menu before rewrite all.

Sollte es dann immer noch nicht klappen, ist das Board wahrscheinlich hin. Es besteht noch die Möglichkeit ein geladenes EEProm sich schicken zu lassen und auszutauschen... aber lohnt sich das dann noch?Dann einfach mal bei Kleinanzeigen nach einem gleichen TV mit Glasbruch suchen oder so wie er ist verkaufen. Sorry keine positivere Antwort...
