I currently use Mozaik and break down on a table saw. How easy is this machine to run? I see a lot of ppl complaining it Dosent have a computer program running it rather a controller. Also how long per sheet does it take approximately?
After you get through your learning curve on mozaik. It’s relatively easy. The phantom does run from a controller instead of a computer. But I that is a benefit. All of the computer based one are subject to computer and Microsoft updates. The phantom is stand alone and will never need updates. Depending on how many pieces are one sheet. The times range from 3 minutes to 10 minutes per sheet.
I’ve cut two full kitchens and a lot of built ins and partially cabinets to add to or modify someone’s kitchen. I have to do more advertising so I can get more kitchens.
Thanks!
Thank you 🙏🏾

Good afternoon
What are you using to secure your Spoil board down to the bed.
My spoil board is screwed down in specific locations.
Do you like haveing the 5 * 10 or would a 4’ * 8* have been good enough?
I like the 5 x 10 for not being limited when I need to use the full size
What software do you use to nest the parts on the plywood sheets and generate the g-code?
For cabinetry I use mozaik and all othe design work is through vcarve pro
How many kitchens would you say you have cut out on this by now? Thanks

What type of oil do you use to oil the parts?
I believe it’s 10w 30 it may be 5w 30
Hi! How long did it take you to run the 30 Sheets of Plywood through the Phantom CNC? Great video btw ;)
It took me 4 days at about 4-5 hours a day.
That’s a regulator and lubricator not a filter
