The ultimate painting upgrade! 2.5 Gallon Fuji Spray Pressure Pot
In today’s video, we are gonna talk about the Fuji Spray 2.5 Gallon pressure pot. @FujiSpray
This upgrade is the upgrade of all upgrades that you need for your Fuji spray system.
This upgrade will allow you to gain so much more efficiency in your painting set up.
You no longer have to continuously fill your one quart spray can up. And you no longer have to hold the weight of 1 quart of paint in your hand at all times. Not to mention that because the one court can is no longer there anymore, you can access tighter areas when you’re spraying inside of cabinet boxes and smaller and tighter areas.
By far, I think this is one of the best upgrades that I could’ve done to my paint spray system. Let me know what you guys think in the comments about this new set up from Fuji spray systems.

The absolute easiest way to bevel a tabletop
Переглядів 4382 місяці тому
In this video I am going to show you how easy it is to put a bevel on the underside of a table using @vectric Aspire 12.0! I honestly didn’t know how to do this until a good buddy of mine showed me how to do. So I want to give a big shoutout Kelly Martin (martinwoodworks13) on instagram. And now I want to show you all what I was taught and the project I used it on. The project I’m using this on...

The best tool you can buy for making frameless cabinetry is an automatic edge banding machine! Today I’m going to show you mine! I have the Safety Speed 72GP AUTOMATIC EDGE BANDING MACHINE! This tool increased my efficiency 10X when it comes to finishing the edges of exposed plywood! It used to take me days to edge band by hand and then trim by hand too! This machine turned days of work into mi...

I’ll never install drawer fronts the same again!
I really appreciate your run-through of this machine. Do you tend to do a lot of frameless cabinets, or do you change between frameless and faceframe? I'm a one man band, but festool edgebanding is taking way too long.
I run mostly frameless. Only do face frame for book shelf toppers
What's minimum duble side panel thickness
I’m not sure.
Nolan you are amazing! Thanks for sharing all the important details and also this little things about the removable labels it’s awesome info, thank you again!
Thank you 🙏🏾! No problem
Great work! Where do you buy plywood?
Thank you 🙏🏾 I have two places. Wurth wood group and Somertonridge hardwoods
Stoked I found your channel! I have a small shop as well. Learning Mozaik right now. Keep up the journey!
Thanks man, I’m no expert but feel free to reach out with any questions. I’ll help if I can
Really nice video! FS should use you for demos on the D6 (if they ever have one)
Thank you 🙏🏾! Yes they should 😁
Impressive! You are very knowledgeable.
I see the appeal for large spraying sessions. The cleanup compared to the 3M PPS system is the only concern I would have.
This setup is definitely better for larger spray sessions or even just leaving it setup for something you always spray like white paint or primer. If I only had one paint gun, I would use the 3m pps system too.
Just found this video while looking at Mozaik. Thanks for sharing. You make Mozaik look easy and I love the labels, certainly needed when cutting so many sheets. I’m curious why you don’t use a spoil-board to limit any damage to the machine bed. Also, your dust collection needs to be stronger. I have a 2HP system with 4” hose and it sucks up EVERYTHING. No extra vacuuming needed.
Thanks man. It has a spoil board on it. That black stuff is the @allstarcnc tile gasket to help increase vacuum power. I need to clean the filter out on my dust collector. It has been a while and I tell it’s not performing any more
@@NolanBuilt Thanks for the info. I just looked up the gasket and that stuff seems pretty cool. I might have to try it. I’ve always edge banded my spoil boards in the past but I’ve never seen the gasket before. Thanks again and looking forward to more of your videos.
Nice shop brother. Looking forward to seeing the continued growth.
Thank you 🙏🏾
Can you put a reverse control unit on it? I hav a Woodmaster 25” planer that converts to a drum sander and I bought the reverse option. Well worth it. ‘
Yes it’s an available option
Is that Garnica ply?
Some of it is.
I dod not notice phantom cnc on the post processor list on the mozaik website. Was there any issues getting phantom and mozaik compatible?
No it’s listed under NC studios. I believe
Excited to be a new subscriber, Nolan. Great vids and excited to get rolling with Mozaik!
Thank you 🙏🏾
Great
I cant find the link on which stickers you use?
They are the Avery 6460 labels
@@NolanBuilt thanks man
Does is also work using open office to print these labels?
@@nikopeters9660 I had to get Microsoft Word in order to use it
Just a heads up.... in regards to drawers behind doors, there are "zero protrusion" hinges that fully clear the cabinet when open so you don't have to use blocks and smaller drawer boxes. They use the same drill pattern but the knuckle is much larger so you have to be aware of where you use it in relation to the drawer box.
Oh nice! Thank you
After watching your videos I decided to try out mozaik last night after singing up I never got my DL links or anything 😡 how long did it take for you to get you Auth Code I was app up to start learning it Great content 👍🏾
Sorry to hear that, I’ve heard of people having trouble getting their post processor setup for their CNC. But normally you have access to the program as soon as you download everything
I couldn't believe this guy was cutting directly on his CNC tabletop but I see it's the full spoil board gasket from Allstar can you tell a differents with it? Very cool way to make a beveled table thanks for the info
Yes it definitely increases vacuum hold down power. I only loose small parts when I have worn the gaskets out.
Thanks for the USB tip, very wise.
Thank you! 🙏🏾
How many kitchens would you say you have cut out on this by now? Thanks
I’ve cut two full kitchens and a lot of built ins and partially cabinets to add to or modify someone’s kitchen. I have to do more advertising so I can get more kitchens.
Thanks!
Thank you 🙏🏾
Great overview Nolan! We've loved following this project and it turned out amazing! 😍👏👏👏
Thank you 🙏🏾
Love it! How's the Phantom working out for you now that you have some miles on it?
It’s still doing good and running strong! I still can’t believe I have one lol 😂 although I do want their new spectre version they just came out with. It has a lot of new features that I think would be really beneficial to me.
Great video Are you using pre finished plywood? I’m hoping to upgrade my 24x48 cnc to a phantom like yours in the future 😍👍🏾
Yep pre finished plywood is the way to go. I remember trying to clear coat unfinished plywood years ago and once I found out about pre finished plywood there was no going back lol 😂 it really saves a step and money.
@@NolanBuilt sweet thanks
@@NolanBuilt I see that’s a game changer thanks for the reply very Disappointed with mosaik so far still waiting on a Code since last nice I was hoping to start designing my laundry room this weekend 😡🤦🏽♂️
Thanks for the video. Really helpful
Glad it was helpful!
Did you remove the hold down rollers? Or does this machine not have one?
I removed mine because I have the older version CNC that doesn’t have the automatic rollers like the new ones have. The olds one can’t use the rollers with the automatic tool changer.
@@NolanBuilt I see, makes sense
Yep. Looks just like the one Jay Bates made 4 years back. It's a good system and it'll save lots of maintenance on your split.
Yep mine is based off of jay bates video. It has been working well!
Thanks for making these videos. You’re doing exactly what I want to do. Is there anything you don’t like or have had problems with, using this phantom?
Thank you! I just want a newer version of the phantom. They have made so many new upgrades to the newer CNC’s. Nothing is wrong with mine though, so I really don’t need to upgrade but I want to! lol 😂
@@NolanBuilt haha, yeah I bet that is always the case no matter what you buy. Always something better. Good to hear, thanks!
Have you not got a spoil board on there
Yes it has an mdf spoil board, the black stuff is called tile gasket and it increases your vacuum hold down power.
Wish I had your high ceilings! I'm doing this project right now. But my ceilings are only 9ft with a nearly flat roof, so my filter box is horizontal up to the ceiling. The box has tons of angles because the ceiling is slightly sloped in two directions. And I have two to make of different sizes/shapes--one for the woodwork side and another for the smaller metal work side of the shop. It's a real skills-building challenge!
Dang it sounds like you have a plan though! We have to protect that investment! Those mini split units aren’t cheap!
I enjoyed watching and learning, thanks
Is this software for free?
No this software has a monthly cost of about $195
Do you like haveing the 5 * 10 or would a 4’ * 8* have been good enough?
I like the 5 x 10 for not being limited when I need to use the full size
how long did it take you to do the whole job?
2 week in the shop and one week on job site.
Wait so can it take 1/2" and 1/4" router bits?
Yes you just change the collets
Odd question …. You can not reply if it’s too private of a question but how much would did you charge for something like that me personally would range it at $3700 With material being about $1300 .
I believe I was around $4700.
So DIY now means get 5 dudes to do it for you? Ok, good to know...
Yea I was convinced not to try doing that much concrete by myself. I bailed at the end 🤷🏾♂️
I thought you said you was gonna DIY
Yep I started out with that intention until I was convinced to not mess up that much concrete and money by trying it alone
Dan kenfolk!😮
Great video! I would have liked to see how you do your fillers and crown. Great Job!
Thank you 🙏🏾
Man that looks nice. My pour building had No insulation in it so I'm getting condensation dripping down on the OSB ceiling . I will have to take my ceiling down and do something. I saw a UA-camr talk about a product that can be spayed on the bottom on the tin roof that stop condensation from forming.
Thank you 🙏🏾. Yea a vapor barrier is definitely needed at the minimum. I wanted to do spray foam insulation but it was too expensive for me at the time.
Brought the buggy and said f that! Build a ramp over the curb and lets go!
Wow that is a huge table! Nice work!
Thank John!
Did you mention the cost of the project?
I did not, I was about $8k
Thanks for the tour! How big is your building? I am currently in the process of building a cnc shop with the same vision i see in yours. Space is always a limiting factor and i love how you make it work.
My shop is 24ft by 40ft. I wish I could have afforded to make it bigger.
Titebond, Quick and Thick! That works well for no runs! Nice video bud. Mozaik here as well.
Thank you 🙏🏾
5mm holes?
The hinge holes are 8mm and the shelf pin holes are 5mm
@@NolanBuilt Thank you! Yea, I'm trying to make sure I've got all the bits I need for undermount drawer slides, sidemount drawer slides, hinges and pins! I was just going to get the 5mm downcut, glad I got your help so I'll add an 8mm downcut. Any other thoughts on bits? (I'm already getting 1/8, 1/4 and 3/5 compression)
@@NolanBuilt can you think of any other bits you'd recommend? and what brand do you prefer? Thanks again and have a great weekend!
@@GeryTeague frost CNC 3/8” compression bit, and 1/2” down cut bit. @toolstoday 91 degree V bit (RC-1100), 1/8” down cut, 1/4” down cut, and 8mm, and 5mm right hand Brad point CNC drill bit
