Hello, this is a very helpful video. Thank you. However, I’m trying to connect my iPhone 12 to Honda Pilot 2021 and when I do that, it works but the car tv screen always has a greenish color. I’ve tried a different cable and it didn’t fix it either. I’m thinking this must be something with either the phone settings or the car settings but can’t figure it out. Any ideas?
Maybe I recommend some wifi mirror link devices ✌, what works with iPhone?!! We have other video about mini Bean2(mirror link device), but we do with android phone.

Hi Luis! There are 2 methods now depending on whether or not you use the ATT Link. If you do use that. I suggest the ROKU Streaming Stick+ - www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075XLWML4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I just picked this up and it works amazing. At first it had a green tinted screen, but I changed the resolution on the system from 720 to 1080 and the color came up perfect.
The reason I suggest the ROKU streaming stick is because it will mirror your phone too. It has all the streaming apps built in and even if you don't use the ATT 4g Link you can still use the hotspot on your phone to give the ROKU wifi. The biggest difference between these 2 methods is that with the ROKU, it does all the work and you are only giving the ROKU WIFI if you do use your phone.
If you use the Actiontec stick or another type of streaming stick... Your phone does all the work and drains the battery must faster. It receives the internet, decodes the stream and then sends the data via WiFi direct to the Screenbeam Mini2 to mirror your phone. a HDMI adapter and or cable for your phone would work if you have no objections to being tethered

I simply adopted the same idea and use a Roku Streaming Stick+ instead. No Phone needed(unless you need it for hotspot)

So i have a galaxy tab A 8.0 tablet and the 2021 Honda Pilot i bought a hdmi cable that will connect to my sons tablet but it shows up as if I didn’t connect anything. Still showing the message “please connect a device to hdmi”. What am I doing wrong? I have an iPhone but I preferably wanted to use his tablet and not my phone for the RES.
Hi, i think better way to use the wireless device!! We have other video, when we show a "ScreenBean mini 2", price for this device around $45, you can buy this anywhere, online or we buy in Bestbuy, same price. This working for sure, i use this device with my tablet A8😉, you can connect this device at home TV too! I regularly use on camping in our travel trailer! Also, now a lot of other devices like CromeCast and itc.

Well with that ype of an HDMI cord all the phones that are listed only work. I tried with my Samsung S7, and it didn't work.But we are coming out with a new device in our next video that connects to all device that are 4.2 android and higher. Its even easier to set up than the cord. If you subscribe and turn on notifications you will see it in the next video

On the list of acceptable phones its listing all Android 5.0 and above phones. But it states that I need to download EZCast for Android, which I did but then when connect to the Pilot it doesn't do mirror the screen.

I can with my Honda 2013 sedan car and my 2018 honda c rv. You would need an iphone adapter and an hdmi cord. if your vehicles allow it

If you using your monitor for the driver seat area. It wont work while it is driving, only in park mode. you CAN manually turned off the safety feature off , so you can watch or use the monitor for your gps easier.

Я думаю, что это можно, единственное, надо другой провод. Здесь работает тот же принцип, что если подсоединить к обычному телевизору. В общем надо провод для IPhone.

I'm having an issue that no one seems to have an answer for. I turn the source to rear HDMI, I change the auxiliary on the RES to HDMI, but I get a 'Check HDMI Device' error message on screen. I can hear sound but it won't broadcast picture. Phone is a Samsung S8 and I bought the USB C to HDMI cable from Amazon. It works fine on Samsung smart TVs I've tested. Thoughts?

Это было 5 лет назад, я думаю, что они уже не продаются, при этом он работает не совсеми моделями. В видео использовали Samsung note 3, сейчас 10 уже старый.
Лучше использовать wi-fi device, сейчас их много, если интересно то у нас наканале есть видео об этом.
