As a Sox fan, hats off to the Astros. Two teams I think were even talent-wise, but the Astros played better defense, walked way less batters, and took much better at-bats. They deserved to win this series, but I'm excited to see the Sox come back bigger and better next season!
Sox fans were cheering Altuve being hit and that’s when the Astros rally started lol. As a Cubs fan I hope the sox fans who were talking shit about the Cubs “only winning one” World Series with our core realize how tough the postseason is

It’s so sad going back watching this seeing the insane crowd for the white sox and now they have nothing. Smh, just three years ago this team was looking like they were going to be dangerous for a long time. As for the Astros, well, they’ve only made the ALCS two more times in a row after this 🤣
You know , looking back at this series , and Tapera having the nerve to say the Astros were doing sketchy things while playing at Minute Maid , yet the white soxs only scored 5 runs in the first two games then turn around and score 12 in game 3 at home , makes his statement even more ridiculous.
The story is repeated this year. The Astros are the #1 seed in the AL (above the Yankees btw) but the difference is that the WhiteSox are not making this year (surprisingly) The funny thing about the trash cans talks in 2022 is that most of the fans insisting on bringing this up, don't have their teams on the playoffs, because if your team is playing or on the path of the Astros, trash cans are the last thing your worry about today.
Ngl Tony LaRussa is not a good manager. You can't be a good manager if you don't shift nowadays. He's stubborn as hell for just keeping everyone in normal positions and not looking into the hitting tendencies for each player. Other than that he's good, but like I said, you can't be a good manager if you don't shift.
If we’re being honest the game has passed Tony by, and in more ways than just strategy. The only reason he was brought back was bc Jerry Reinsdorf wanted to atone for Hawk Harrelson firing him that one year he was GM.
I tell ya as much as I would love to detest the Astros I can’t help but admire their resolve they’re a tough baseball club and they have an excellent efficient offense that gets the job done
Astros are too good for the White Sox that is why they easily beat them in 4 games. I think the Astros got their 'mojo' back after the sign-stealing scandal. Astros should win against the Red Sox in the upcoming ALCS.
