I like the way that the flames lift up his bangs in the sprites but the new outfits make the Orochi team look so much more menacing.

2002UM idle looks the best for me. 2002 was interesting, that game has some experimental idle animations. Never liked the 98 idle, although the floating bangs were a nice touch to show off his power. XV felt like a step down to 98 because his bangs were not floating to give off the menacing vibe

I like the KOF XV voice the most, and I think they did really well in making Chris look as menacing as he did in the sprites. I'll go with XV for best one. ^^
