uncle had a cerebral hemmorage on mar 4. March 11 he was administered BOTOX and he passed away few hours later. We live in india and doctor said he has to import the drug and he took the money and no bill was also provided. I wish to speak to someone and get clarity and to be informed so we can advise others not to follow the same. Doctor didnt inform us about the side effects at all..had he informed or hinted us as FDA has advised we would have taken time to think and would have taken second opinion. Do you think doctor should have informed us?

Well, Jeremy, botox will relax about any muscle it's injected into. Exactly how well it works varies from muscle to muscle and person to person. You might see if there's a neurologist who does botox in your area and ask him/her. For tight muscles there are many approaches to treatment, of course. Sometimes a combination is needed.
Do you know how Botox would work in regards to aspirations or how it could aid contoured ligaments from muscle atrophy ? Also what’s the earliest age you can use on on both the cosmetic and medical side ?
From my experiences, having Botox over 20 years for Generalized Dystonia ,i found that eventuality the muscles do weakened, i now have myopthy ( muscle waisting disease ) so your anwser is yes it does slowly destroy your muscles x
Yes, but very few people want to have multiple shots into the skin of each palm. And repeat every ~3 months. I talk about it with palmar hyperhidrosis patients, but no one seems keen to pursue it.
