I’m very pro Bichette. I particularly like his age, as baseball is a young man’s sport. I place a premium on under 30 years of age players. Move Mook over to 2nd & keep him fresh for the duration. Hate to see Lux be the odd man out, but he will land on his feet elsewhere. We must win now with this elite core & reverse our recent playoff woes. 💙 ⚾️

We've lost our minds a bit regarding the prospects - something like 5% of them end up making a big league roster and staying there. Go with Bo - trade all the prospects. Playing short will cost the dodgers and Mookie more than it's worth.

The days of holding onto prospects should be over. These aren’t Ned Colletis gold mine picks anymore, Friedman has drafted mostly busts and injury prone prospects. Trade the next crop before they get exposed like Outman and Lux who have no value now

Mookie has expressed he’s not happy with his performance at short. Gavin is improving so I doubt they will trade him but possibly move him to 2nd and mookie back in the outfield. We have a real shot at getting Bo and now is the time. Even though he’s having a down year the asking price will be high for the team control.
The Dodgers manage to spend 200+ million in payroll without having a SS, 2B or CF. Amazing

I feel for you. You are so dedicated to the team, and you are a solid professional and for sure an asset to the organization. But I hate to say it, no matter how much money they spend or who they sign, I fear it will just be a repeat of the last 2 seasons; no one shows up and they go bye bye in the first round to an inferior team. You are very good and it won't surprise me to see you as an expert baseball contributor on MLB or ESPN.

I've been saying this to myself for a while now, Mookie is not our shortstop, don't really like him at 2nd either. Adames or Bichette would be perfect at the trade deadline. Right now there is no urgency, Roberts is giving Lux every opportunity possible, he is the key to any trade for a SS.
I would trade for Bo or Willy Adamas..Adames would take less prospects and he is a better fielder than Bo…trade Lux and Taylor and 2 prospects for either..

Mookie is being taxed out on ss. It’s affecting his offense even though he is still playing good he’d be great at second.

His down year has me concerned. If they get him affordably then fine. All depends on the deal. Losing the WS based on poor defense would cause emotional damage.
We have a problem in winning playoffs and it's showing in regular season, dodger management has a problem holding leads in important games, Management often puts unproven players in crucial spots especially pitchers and not taking the out of game when you know they are choking and cannot hit the plate which leads to total breakdowns in game.. for example when you have a 2 run lead and the pitcher walks or hits a batter you cannot leave unproven players in game,

Looking at this team overall Bichette is a nice piece to add. Unfortunately this team absolutely cannot hit with runners in scoring position, which will bounce them in the playoffs. ..

I literally spit coffee all over my screen after reading that. WHY would the Blue Jays do that, WHY? Dodgers probably don’t have enough prospects to get a deal done but if they do it would be Rushing, De Paula and Lux just to begin talks.

Again, Mookie needs to return back to 2nd or back to right field. Dodgers wearing out Mookie , yes he is a good athlete but injury concerns. Dodgers need a true SS & Center fielder.
I don’t know what the official defensive numbers say but Toronto fans think Bichette is better suited for 2b rather than SS and would be too stubborn to move off from it.
And would it be a necessary trade if he and Mookie grade similarly on defense? Bichette’s got to be better than Lux currently is with the bat. Assuming acquiring him slides Mookie to 2nd and, unless he’s included in the trade, pushes Lux to the bench since you’re not platooning either of those middle infielders.
From the Dodgers standpoint they definitely should go after Bo. His hitting reminds me a lot like Betts. His hitting should even improve with all the protection he would get in the Dodgers lineup. Plus he is an adequate SS. I also think he would like to be a Dodger because who wouldn't? With Bo, Betts would no longer have to play SS which will help his game. Dodgers would likely send Lux to Blue Jays as part of the deal. From Blue Jays standpoint they are going nowhere now in the AL East and need to tool so trading Bo & Vlad for good prospects makes sense especially since Bo will likely not resign with Jays and Jays would not want to give Vlad the kind of money he wants in a new contract.
Go get Rafael Devers, move muncy to second, Rojas to short and Betts back in right

Still early though to say a down year for him. In fact, more than half of the players are still working on their hitting stand points. Bo Bichette is one of the missing link for the Dodgers right now. Better get him now while there’s a opportunity. Cuz when it knocks usually it happens once.

I think Landon Knack, though I would hate to trade him, has shown himself to be an extremely capable big leaguer and would be a great part of a trade package for Bichette
