My brother drives truck part time from his main job now and then to help a friend's business and to make a little extra money for he and his wife and four daughters at home. He was coming home for Christmas a couple years ago (Good Story!) and he had it worked out that when he got two miles from home in his truck, he texted me to gather everyone around the TV and I played this for everyone. At the end of the song....my brother was heard driving down the long driveway and up to the house in his truck to the happy screams of his daughters...it was just a really cool thing for everyone and especially for a guy who'd been gone for 5 days who made it home for Christmas with his family. My 20 yr old triplet daughter passed away in a tragic car accident a few wks ago. I'm convinced she sent this song to me last night as a sign which only my family knows is my very favorite Christmas song. I started bawling when I heard the lyrics that seemed to confirm she was in heaven, i.e. "Get my feet on holy ground...So I sing for you though you can't hear me...." I miss her dearly esp at this time of year just after her death but am comforted by this song which now takes on a special meaning.
