Thank you for sharing the lambing process as well as letting us see the sweet lambs! Lewis made another guest appearance where his cuteness rivals that of the lambs! Have a great week, and, thanks so much for sharing this. I agree: the color choice inspired by Maryland crabs is spot on! I bet it will sell!

:) :) :)
OMG, those little guys and gals are so cute. I want that little moorit male. Can you just send him to me. So, so cute. And, oh by the way, I want him to stay little. I hope you guys have a great time at Maryland Sheep and Wool.
Thanks!
Loved the lambs. Thanks for showing them to us.
Peggy & Amanda: I'm heading to Maryland Sheep & Wool and didn't see you on the list of vendors on the website when I checked a few days ago. Might want to check that and see if its changed.
We are listed there now!
It is so nice to see you both "really" together again. AND lambing season! Wish I could get to both the festivals. Oh what will you do for NH sheep and Wool? Maryland Blue crab, love it !
Thanks!
maryland blue crab if perfect wish I could be there. I tried to go to Mother of purl last month to feel your yarns while visiting sisters in Maine we Sisters and I made it there buut the shop was closed due to snow. We were extremely dissapointed
All those wonderful baby lambs are so adorable what a wonderful thing! I'm still trying to figure out if I can get myself to Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival by train because I really want to go.
Hope to see you!
Some farmers here attach the rejected lamb with a collar to the other lamb. So when one goes the other has to follow.
Good tip!
OMG! I’m so excited to watch this episode! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Cuteness overload!
Will you have the Maryland colorway on the Makine tracks DK and sport? I need some of that!!!!! 8-)
It is DK only. :)
I thought this video was entitled 'Savage Lamb Heart Farming'
Enjoy your videos! Hope to visit the mill in the future. I’m curious about the rams on your farm. Maybe a future video topic? You mention that they are kept away from the flock to control timing of lambing season. Have they ever gotten back to the flock accidentally? And, if you don’t have farms for the baby rams, do you keep them for wool production? Thanks!
Great suggestion! Stay tuned!
We will find you... (in the pavilion)....
YAY!
Do the new lambs actually eat hay that early?
Good question - i will ask Peggy - Liz@JFM
Does Amanda not have sheep anymore?
She does!
