These 992 GT3’s are not $400,000 - around $200,000 msrp and most dealers are asking for around $50,000 premium . So you can buy a GT3 for around $250,000 and the prices are coming down now that a lot of guys have owned them for 2 plus years and are tired of their teeth chattering when driving to lunch from the stiff suspension.

Upper Dash is not even leather, door lower panel is not leather either = standard interior spec and it’s 400k.. good thing is the crazy days of the overs are almost over. Talk about a flipper 😅
